He has all but said this.
I think the judge is too old to recognize we live in a shithole society where people decide things based on ten second videos they see on Twitter. Justice is dead because everything is decided in the court of the public opinion by a corporate press that hates you. The judge refused to have the jury sequestered, refuses to outright dismiss the trial with prejudice after the prosecution violated Kyle's rights, and he will do nothing after the jury makes a bogus decision based on bogus evidence.

No, Elliot Rodger wasn't right, he was just too autistic to understand how to approach women. He literally complained about sitting alone in Starbucks or something and being angry a girl wouldn't come up to talk with him.

Everyone knows women never make the first move, whether it's in person or on an app like Tinder.
Elliot Rodger was a narcissist, and not in the 'I took this test online and it says my ex is a narcissist' sort of way. Every thing he focused on was about his image and he wondered why women weren't falling in his lap, when he had zero empathy or game. When he talks about wanting a girlfriend it sounds more like he was wanting an accessory than even a lay let alone a companion. Probably brushed plenty of chicks to the side he felt weren't good enough and then was woe is me when the perfect woman didn't fall into his lap when everything else in life was handed to him. I never got why people made him the poster child of literally anything aside from a guy who sucks his own dick too much or that ironic 'supreme gentleman' meme. If anything he is just like the vapid whores incels like to complain about. In fact his suicide may as well be considered him trooning out and just skipping to the good part

Rodger is who Russell Greer would be if Russell weren't incompetent.

Well, now I'm liking judge again, though he should absolutely throw the case out now with prejudice.

If you've ever seen his father talking, you will see where he gets it from. His father has exactly the same mannerisms, and shows absolutely no emotion when throwing his son under the bus to absolve himself.

EDIT: by this I mean, most parents would at least show some sorrow or empathy for their children, say "he was bullied a lot" or "he always seemed really troubled". His father did no such thing from what I saw.
