In Vegas it's usually Koreans running sushi joints and pretending to be Japanese, and Mexicans in the back. Mexicans are in the back of all Vegas restaurants and I assumed they were just magical culinary gnomes for most of my teen years
It's kinda weird how one walk takes the corner of specific industry in different parts of the country. I noticed that most of the asian food joints regardless of what they served were Korean ran if on the west coast kind of like how in the midwest all the sit down diners that aren't Mexican are ran by Greeks....damn a gyro would be good about now with some rice and salad.

Allegedly there are two Karens who know Kyle isn't guilty but are pleading for lesser charges because of the potential blowback on their reputation or they are hoping for a mistrial, and one of them may be the jury foreman.
Meanwhile the judge is shocked there hasn't been an acquittal and is praying the jury comes back so the media can stop lighting his reputation on fire on the thought of declaring a mistrial.

Nobody wants to budge and Kyle suffers because of it.
Remember that episode of Malcolm in the Middle where Lois is on the jury, and she forces everyone to go over the evidence in excruciating detail until they come to the correct outcome? 😞

Wasn´t Grosskreutz traveling 80 miles?

I think it was said that Kyle was closer to Kenosha than Byecep the Cordyceps was.

"we were following jurors to their houses but we totally didn't do anything wrong" fuck off

also "never intended to contact them during deliberations" is such a slimy fucking weasel wordtrick. It's an admission that the second a verdict came in, they'd camp on the jurors' lawns and harrass/dox them

Part of Grosskreutz's rap sheet was for 'loitering' - he was caught photographing cops' cars in the parking lot at their police station. Not their Nee Naw Nee Naw cars, their personal cars.

He probably said he was doing an ""art project"".

As usual, no one believed him and he got that added to his list of niggery along with literal granny-bashing. What a chad! What a winner!

They hate fighting unless they're irreparably brainwashed to want nothing but the absolute extermination of the enemy.
That's where the Mike Tyson quote comes in. "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face". Spewing hate and wanting a jihad online is one thing, but when someone shoots back things all of the sudden might get a little more "nuanced".

I have no experience with the American legal system (or any legal system outside of drinking in the back of my sheriff's car) but from what little I understand: the judge wants to pile on as much retardation as humanly possible because it makes for an ironclad, appeal-proof mistrial with prejudice. It's the legal equivalent of having a really robust thread about an lolcow with too much evidence compiled to deny they are indeed an lolcow.
Close. Here’s what is likely the Judges reasoning at this point. The Judge fucked up by not shutting this shit show down before the Jury began deliberations. Once they started he still can declare a “Mistrial with Prejudice” but the Prodecutors can appeal it. Before Jury deliberations start it would not have been appealable.

So now even if he wants to go Mistrial with Prejudice, he is better off rolling the dice and letting the Jury come to something. Because even if the are hung, they may have reached agreement, likely acquittal, on some of the charges. Any charges they acquit on are resolved and cannot be appealed or retried. Thus the Mistrial with or without prejudice would only apply to whatever unresolved charges remain. Which would be much harder for the Prosecution to Appeal.
