I guess the Jail of FAIL wins again in this case. Wonder how Chris is gonna complain about not getting Legos or MLP for Christmas?

Part of me has a bad feeling about this. Namely, I've always speculated that Chris would like prison because it's regimented and pretty much the same thing that Chris liked about school, except for the "gal pals" not being around but he doesn't seem too bothered by that given he's more preoccupied being Jesus Blue Heart, Goddess of Autism on his prayer rug these days.

However, what if Chris likes it a little...too much? The idea Chris would want to go back to jail when all is said and done, with the most obvious way of doing it being screwing his elderly mother again, is something I'd describe as a non-zero chance. Its why I feel just tossing him into some assisted living community for crazy people would be the best course of action Chris is not a problem...so long as there's somebody whose job it is to literally watch the idiot at all times to make sure he does not become a problem.

Though he may end up going back to 14 BC after this, maybe this brush with the system will mean that Chris is assigned a social worker who really can help him? Maybe get him into an adult assisted living community for the severely sperg'd?

I'm just kidding. It's Virginia, so I assume they rely on local religious organizations to fill in the needs of social workers for people like the Chandlers.

Agreed, and I'd add that some serious therapy to get back to reality and drop the delusions of godhood is also in order. But IIRC Chris has lied about some of his crazier ideas in the past to therapists and such as he's so comfortable in his fantasy land that he doesn't want to lose it, like his previous court cases where he was ordered to go to therapy, so who knows how much the therapist would hear.

Why did so many of you think this was the trial? This was always a prelimjnary hearing to set the calendar and establish some basic things. Rekeita mentioned that discussions regarding the psyche exams did happen today between judge da and defense. They are still working out whether the motherfucker is competant for trial. Chances are the DA, defense lawyer and judge would prefer a "no" answer to that. The only one that would want this fucking circus to go to trial is Chris. Everybody else is just figuring out what to do about the turbo tard.

I think any agreement will involve a no-cohabitation order. They'll probably arrange for some group home solution upon release. If he reoffends at 14BC he will go away for many, many years, certainly long enough for Barb to have passed away. I doubt it will be because he wants to go back to incarceration though, but because it's the only way he can get laid with someone who loves him.

I posed this question in another thread. Other than not getting the tugboat and spending it on LEGO, Chris is content in jail. He doesn't need to worry about paying the bills when there's utilities provided to him, ironically by the same taxpayers who already pay into the tugboat. That and getting food 3 times a day is also a good thing.

What I wonder is that Chris has an abnormal sleep schedule when he's generally at home. He must've adjusted pretty well since he's been behind bars for a few months now.
