The jury instructions are public, someone posted a pdf of the full instructions earlier here in the thread.

I think I'm just gonna try and look at everything fucky that happens from hereon from the lens of Schroeder. He does not want anything to do with this fucking case. He might lean in favor of Rittenhouse personally but that softness for him does not override the fact that he wants no association with the result of this case. Schroeder wants the jury to take full responsibility for whatever gets decided so he's ignored multiple eggregious acts that would be worthy of mistrial.

The media is also particularly getting under his skin with their coverage of him, and I imagine that's part of why he was so quick to ban MSNBC and NBC from the courthouse and make the story of the day be about media trying to dox jurors. That's pretty good payback for them making a big deal out of his cell phone ringer. He'll let the jurors do whatever they ask for permission to do pretty much to appease them and this will go on until Schroeder realizes this jury ain't budging. He really doesn't want to declare mistrial but unless a breakthrough is suddenly made a hung jury is inevitable. In that case I believe he'd opt for mistrial with prejudice just to bury this. A second trial would be unbearable for him.
