Unless its an actual dox and not a "doxx" (face reveal is not a dox, posting things from the person's social media is not a dox) or it involves something that would need us to be more "compliant with 3rd parties," you shouldn't use it.

Changed language settings (installed local language besides English) , somehow that worked and she's playing now.

Something that I've been wondering about her. Does she talk with an accent? I've seen some clips of other vtubers talking with her and laughing at the fact that she accents some syllables instead of speaking flat. It sounds like she talks a little different but I don't know moonspeak. Does she have a country inflection or am I just dumb?

I saw it mentioned once on reddit and a random JP person chimed in to explain.

From what I understood/remember, she speaks with a Kansai Dialect in terms of vocabulary, but then because she at one point moved to a different part of the country, she picked up the inflection of that region. So she's got this weird mix of multiple regions, someone in the thread compared it to like if you spoke with vocabulary indicitive of the American south, but had a boston accent.

More than likely quite a few, but on the other hand you get stuff like gura's phasmo stream where in game voice was working just before the stream started, streaming software is prone to fucking shit up, Its why I'm still in the boat of having a second pc just for capture, streaming and editing, less likely to have shit go wrong.
