And wearing crocs with socks

Jokes on them. If Kyle walks, just give him another AR loaded with FULL METAL JACKET and have him tank the mob's aggro.

If I have it over my right shoulder and drop it, it'll nail me in the balls. I can nudge it to my left side without much trouble, though.

Might just be a preference thing.

Get smaller balls

My sling is normally two-point but it has an adapter for the QD attachment to plug in to turn it into a single-point. It stays on my right shoulder in either configuration. Huh. Guess I'm a wrong-shouldered faggot half the time then.

Interesting take, but I think it's a blend of hopium and copium

At least this guy admits it's just a theory and doesn't go off some "anonymous source".

If this was the case they would have asked for an 8am start.

It's hard to believe that someone with 40 years on the bench can't already see that this jury is going to deadlock.
I think he knows the likelihood of a hung jury at this point and is just hoping the jury will still bail him out against all odds.

He screwed up by not fixing this earlier and every minute he waits makes it worse and worse.

This isnt necessarily true. Im willing to bet the number of people showing up in front of the court to drop next week. After a week the people from out of town arent gonna want to keep coming back.

Kyle judging by his actions, had no intention of fighting Antifa and I won't be surprised if he disowns the right wing portrayal of him shooting Antifa cucks.
Probably have to wait until the verdict comes out before statements are made. But if Kyle is convicted, the right will just make him a martyr and more of a folk hero. Probably not on that level of the Japanese guy that stabbed a communist to death on stage, but enough that this Kyle thing won't be a one time thing, especially if those on the right with guns are more hardened.

In better times there'd be too many Kyles to persecute, not that anybody would try. City full of pansies letting psychopaths playing rebel on the dole of NGOs burn their businesses down. Even if anyone brave has already left the cities, why should anyone tolerate them being used as bases for evil and their useful idiots? Are all the real men addicted to porn or some other vice? Will no one of virtue and ambition stand up to Shepard the masses? What are the count of those who have not fallen pray to the false virtue of the regime nor the vices it provides?

I suspect he wouldn't be surprised if or when it happens. His main thing is that he really, really, really wants the jury to finish deliberations one way or another before he starts ruling on mistrial motions. If he gets lucky and they acquit, he gets to avoid the appearance of the court giving the jury the middle finger in favor of clearing Kyle via mistrial. If the jury ends up hung, then it's a mistrial anyways and he just has to decide whether to make it one with or without prejudice. If they come back with a guilty verdict then he has some harder decisions to make, but at least he can say that the defendant was adversely impacted by prosecutor misconduct, instead of having to say that he "might" be adversely impacted by prosecutor misconduct.

I'm gonna try to be a little charitable to Grandpa Judge. I think he genuinely believes that juries should handle it, not because he's afraid, but because that's how his sense of justice operates. Be tried and judged by a jury of your peers. He feels that by throwing out the case himself, he'd be taking away from that. He might feel that he has no moral right to do so, even if he has the legal right.

Based on things he's said about juries being smart, I think he has genuine (if misplaced) faith in the jury to come to the right decision. And if this wasn't a highly public trial, I'd probably agree with him. But the dude is what, 75? He just plain doesn't know how to handle a trial in the face of the unholy alliance between social media and the lugenpresse.

It's a faulty theory because there's an hour of time that goes in between the jury announcing they reached a verdict and that verdict being read out. You can bet any antifa trash within an hour's radius with Kenosha will be racing there in that time.
Bold of you to assume they aren’t there already.

Yeah, the left is really banking on judges not knowing how current things go. And with all the stuff happening at colleges…I really don’t think things are going to get any better anytime soon.

The only way this judge mistrials a guilty is he feels the professional damage to himself is less from that versus a successful appeal. And the brady violation is about as slam dunk of an appeal you get. So he's in a quandry where no matter what happens except acquittal has him looking bad. Hung jury is the next least bad option. And the motion to dismiss without prejudice felt like bait from the defense to go ahead and let him call it sooner rather than later.

He gives no fucks about Kyle going to prison the week before Thanksgiving. 40 years on the bench hes sent at least a few innocent people away and hes probably watched Binger personally do so before too

This gives me an idea. All we need to do is wait for a black guy to get shot by the police and when BLM all go off to riot in Detroit or wherever, it can finally be safe to hand in the verdict

Where was there a report they were happy? I heard the opposite and that looked exhausted
It's a bit of both. Jury deliberations are tiring affairs, of course, but from the reports I've seen none of the jurors outwardly appeared to be angry with one another. If anything they seemed in a good mood. Maybe it's the satisfaction of knowing that it'll be a mistrial and none of them will have their house burned out for voting not guilty.

Jesus. Perjury, violation of Brady Law, withholding evidence.... And we only know this because the prosecution was fucking incompetent.

It all begs one question:

How many people who these cocksuckers ultimately knew to be innocent do you think Binger and Fatty put away using these same tactics beforehand?
Marc Randazza made this exact point. Paraphrasing: "all this slimy shit the prosecutors are trying, this is what they do when all eyes are on them. Imagine what they get away with when the world isn't watching."

Idk, I think the fact that the left lied about him, and demonized him throughout all of this will actually push Kyle further right. If he gets off, he may end up as some cringey Fox news contributor or right-wing twitter personality
