No, since killing yourself requires competence even when you are not in jail. Also, Chris is too much in love with himself for even self-harm. He is not happy with his time in jail, but still he isn't raped by a bunch of niggos like he should've been, so he'll keep.
On the unrelated note, if weens really want to have fun, they should try to convince Chris that his attorney is a troll and is going to "betray" him like Null did. At least let him suffer for letting the tard to get away with fucking his mother.

Under US Federal Law- prisoners are allowed to own one pendent/necklace or religious significance (there was a landmark case about this where the ACLU actually teamed up with Norse Neo-Pagan Prison Ministries to make sure alot of the skinhead prisoners would be allowed to own the "Mjölnir" amulets).
Technically, since Chris Chan de-facto apostatized from Christianity a very long time ago in favor of his own weird as fuck CPU-goddess/Sonichu cult he could argue that his Sonichu medallion is his pendent of choice. However- due to the fact that he is using the Prayer Rug and Bible the prison could deny his request.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but @Marvin at one point stumped Chris-Chan in a voice call by saying that the weird sort of "gamer shamanism" Chris practiced with the Curses was a violation of biblical precepts- and as such Chris would be just as guilty of sin as the homosexuals he would try to invoke his, at the time Protestant faith to insult. From what I understand of theology that in itself might also be wrong- as all of the denunciations of divination, tarot, sorcery, etc. come from Old Testament laws that no longer apply post-crucifixion- whereas Homosexuality is still denounced by St. Paul in the New Testament. There are a few strains of Christian thought that actively encourage mysticism/"magic"- such as Gnostics and (arguably) the Mormons.
None of this applies to Chris though- because as previously stated the Idea Guys more or less convinced him to start his own CPU/Sonichu prosperity gospel with a dose of Millennialism in the sense of his preaching of "the merge". If only his cult ends the same way the Ghost Dance followers were crushed by the authorities...

‘Court case continuance’ well this is pretty much pat for the course at this point, can’t say im terribly surprised, but damn Chris’s physiological examination must be pretty huge and fucked, honestly if this extends towards continuances it’ll already be a whole year with him in jail so he’d be perfectly adjusted in his daycare centre cut off from the world, which sounds like the best decision for just about everyone involved.

Any sort of branch belief is still valid under the first amendment. You can be a religion of one single person and it will still be valid, legally.
My guess is that if Chris had the mental capacity to both have his medallion and aggressively declare it as his religious garb, the court would allow it. There's no reason not to. It's not a dangerous item (unlike, say, a kirpan for a Sikh), and if he wants to wear it then it's way less of a headache to just let him fucking wear it.
That said, Chris is meek, and if someone told him not to wear it he might just comply. Chris does not understand the constitution at all (as witnessed by his high school paper on it), so it's questionable if he could make a competent argument on his right to wear it.
If I were the judge, if Chris raised any stink at all about it, I'd just let him wear the medallion and be done with it.

I don't think Chris is capable of killing himself, and I don't just mean in a mental capacity. His ego won't let him, but I also just don't think he's competent enough to succeed even if he tried. Regular people fail to an hero all the time, the most exceptional man alive won't be able to do it with what he has available in jail.

Yes. Theoretically if some ween offered him housing and contacted his attorney, he could try to convince him to ask for bail. If it's far enough away from 14BC, it would probably be granted. Chris' attorney is not a retard though, and would probably see that letting Chris out is a bad idea.
Remember, Chris is in jail because HIS ATTORNEY thinks he should be in jail. Unless Chris competently demands a bail hearing and he demonstrates a capability of having a known place of residence, he will stay in jail.

By that logic, you could never prosecute murder.
The reason Chris is charged with incest, and not anything more, is that it requires no victim. The act itself is criminalized. It does require another participant, but the status of victim is irrelevant to the charge.
Given that it seems that Barb is not working with the prosecution, Barb dying would actually worsen Chris' situation, because instead of a potentially defiant Barb, the state would be allowed to write the narrative for how Barb felt without her being around to contradict it.

Hey man, Bobby Shmurda spent 2 years in jail without bond so Chris getting a continuance that pushes it out some time into 2022 is nothing.
