How long until the trial returns? Sorry am not amerifag unfortunately so my timing is a bit off and I need sleep :(

My bet. Jury is called hung on Wednesday evening.
The holdout is a Karen, but not 54 or even the foreman.

I hope they finally make a decision today. My bet is that it's a hung jury, just based on how long they're taking.
Or they're really really retarded, don't mistake malice when incompetence would work just as well, that provocation shit that the Pros use to muddy the water might have gotten one or two of them.

Actually it might be more fun if we did put money on it
Fifteen quatloos on the jury beating the karen to a fine powder.

Or they're really really exceptional, don't mistake malice when incompetence would work just as well, that provocation shit that the Pros use to muddy the water might have gotten one or two of them.
Hanlon's Razor always ignores the existence of malicious idiots.

Decided to try my hand at divination. Pulled a single card and got the L̶e̶d̶ Z̶e̶p̶p̶e̶l̶i̶n̶ hermit card. The hermit is solitary, I think this means there is a single solitary juror holding things up.

The Hermit is the wise old man archetype, a keeper of hidden truths. The lantern he bears is the light of understanding, knowledge tempered by wisdom. He turns away from the external world to illuminate the dark places where others refuse to look. The jury is looking beyond the bare facts they’ve been presented, and searching within themselves for the higher truth.

Just a question. Let's say Kyle is somehow convicted, can he request his sentence be slavery? It says in the 13th ammendment that Slavery can be dished out as a punishment for a crime. I'm surprised more people facing shit like the death sentence haven't asked for it because on the off hand chance the judge actually does it they have to spend a shitton of time to find someone willing to be branded as a slave owner, and if they do find someone I'm pretty sure they'd have to borderline babysit you and if they didn't they'd have every NGO under the sun breathing down their necks. If the judge rejects it, well it's part of the constitution and is worded in a way where you could argue it's your right to be sentenced to slavery.
