I guess I must just be an old codger then. In my day we didn’t really have internet the way we do now, it was still pretty new and not a lot of people had access or even knew how to send an email. Hell, we used to have a whole class for handwriting.
Jesus you're making me feel 100 years old. Netscape was just starting to become a thing when i was in law school.

It would probably tack on a Contempt of Court charge, at least.
doesn't do anything to change the verdict after the fact
if he does it while they're still deliberating that would probably make the judge declare a mistrial
So now the question becomes, do they throw you back in jail if you've already posted bail or not? If not just shout out shit to cause a mistrial until the legal system gets so sick of you they tell you to fuck off, doesn't matter the quality of your attorney if you can just caused a clusterfuck. None of this would probably work but it's funny to think about some dude going into court for a Jay Walking ticket pulling shit like that just to fuck with a judge or prosecutor. I know if I ever go to court for something like a traffic ticket I'm asking for trial by combat for shits and giggles.

Don't even try to refute this, chuds.

Here's a few articles about Maurice Freeland AKA Jump kick man.

The prosecution clearly stated that they had no idea who he is. If that's untrue then it's a serious violation of the right to face your accusers, as the state has brought charges on behalf of him.

"How to weed out Karens on the jury pool" questions:

1. Do you consider yourself a "pet-mom"?
2. Do you shop at Kroger's or Whole Foods for groceries?
3. Do you have a Twitter account?
4. Are you comfortable around guns?
5. How many times do you go to the bar every week?
6. Do you have any children?

If you answer unfavorably to 3 of these questions, you can fuck off.
You really need could just ask for a single question about their opinion on essential oils.

Anything more detailed or with more praise than "they smell nice" throw them out.

We had typing instead. I wish people still knew cursive though. I learned it in gradeschool, but my brother didn't. Right at the millenial-zoomer cutoff.
I plan on teaching my kids cursive.
It's a good skill to have. In addition to other lost skills, like being able to sew on a button.

Does it matter? Kyle's rights have been getting shat on consistently since this started in 2020, and the only one facing any punishment is Kyle

If its true that 1-2 karens are hanging up the jury, and said karens have taken the jury instructions home so they can use their google law degree to make new arguments, then I can only see that blowing up in their faces as the rest of the jury realizes that they have been googling and blatantly disregarding the rules and orders of the court.

It blows my mind the number of simple things I take for granted that a lot of people, some my own age, don’t even know how to do. Especially when it comes to cars.

No they don't throw you back in jail if it's a mistrial.

The load times on this edition of Ace Attorney are worse than fucking Xbox Morrowind or Sonic '06. Should be a mistrial due to shit coding and bugged evidence mechanics.
No, don't you see? It's one of those "live service" games where they patch everything on the fly. That's why nothing happens most of the time.

This is Bethesda trying a new IP because they fucked up Fallout76
