I don't even get this friends list autism talk either. I've got people on my friends lists on PSN or Discord with whom I haven't talked or played anything for half a decade now. Only with 2 of them was there a falling out like in Dave's case, but we just don't talk anymore, there's no need to remove each other from the friends list. In most cases I just didn't play the games they played anymore or vice versa. Hell, on my PSN friends list the vast majority of people on it are people that added me from Gamefaqs because I offered to help people with revenant trading and beating Twilight missions in Nioh, and with about half of them I've only interacted once.

He isn't supposed to stop begging, or talking about feces, or offering up terrible gameplay as "entertainment". He isn't supposed to open up his chat more, or embrace being a clown, or endeavor to do better if he hates being a joke. He isn't supposed to get a green screen, use a stream deck, update his other equipment, make his background nicer in any real way, etc.
