This madman :lit:

its barnes' words and first time ive heard anyone pairing yankee with scandis.
Because Barnes doesn't know what he is talking about, and parroting half-remembered shit he has read. Hence why anyone who looks at what he mentions, like the book he does, basically instantly starts finding issues.

Are these questions written or verbal? If by verbal, I guess only when asked in voir dire?
Can be both, a physical questionnaire and additional questions by the attorneys. The ones referenced were verbal.

The stuff he is taking Barnes at his word for is the stupid handwriting bullshit and otherwise absolutely unfounded speculations that are actually factually wrong in multiple aspects, provably so. (I.E., Barnes saying its a professor or teacher, despite the fact we know the juror has only a bachelors degree)
That stuff about a capital mid word indicating an authoritarian is witchcraft level bs.

I don't have a clip, but I heard Barnes say WASPs and Scandinavians. He mentioned "yankees" who moved over from the Northeast, followed by the Scandinavians, but it was kind of muddled how he stated it so it was confusing.
