Tonight, the first night of the KoF15 beta phil is playing.

throwback street fighter.

He's MIGHT maybe possibly but probably not play cause he's too busy but he's so into this beta and KoF that he doesn't know it's Ps4/5 only.

but he might play it on Xbox, which the beta isn't on (someone in chat just told him cause he's so vested in playing this). If he might possibly play because he could possibly maybe play this thing he's so into it's because there's nothing for fighting games this year.

>Phil ignoring the current NA vs EU feud in SFV, a game that somehow is in a decent state after god knows how many seasons. SFL is also going strong and people that stomped Phil back then -like Daigo and Tokido- are participating in the SFL

>Phil ignoring the current T7 events, with mainstays like JDCR and Knee participating in events all over. Just yesterday there was an argument between Arslan Ash and Knee on twitter lmao

>Phil ignoring that they're retroactively adding rollback netcode to BBCF

Nothing for FGs this year.

Phil doesn't care about the FGC, anything that focuses on them doesn't exist in his mind. What he cares about is getting new games in the big franchises that he can beat deriches at. He's a casual observer at best so anything that doesn't have a massive marketing campaign that you can't escape on twitter will go unnoticed by him.

What he means by "nothing" is that he means nothing that he can mooch off of. Unless it's about the SF anniversary collection, he couldn't give a fuck about any other game in the genre. He proved it by ducking strive.

Well, he can start by rethinking that just because he's enjoying the game, doesn't mean that everyone else is.

Oh wait, that would mean Phil would have to think about people other than himself.

It's further proof that Phil is only in it because it's easy money. He never cared about what his job is supposed to be. He plays games and makes money for doing that, completely unaware that the full point of his job is to engage his audience.

If he wants to stop people leaving, do something to keep them engaged for longer. Those breaks need to be shorter, interact with them more but he's so toxic that he shuts down any discussion in there, it's no wonder why his own paypigs visit restreamers just to talk. Then again who'd want to willingly interact with that group of wheelchairs.

It's so obvious that's his mindset. He regularly complains when tips are low that he's "having fun" (even though it's obvious that he isn't) and asks why noone is tipping him. He never sincerely asks what he can do for his audience to entertain them, only what will get them to tip.

Getting them to spend money on him is more important than him. He complains about AAA greed but he is even worse than them.
