Let me tell you, I am completely shocked that an unhinged leftist raised in the rich white people suburbs of Seattle wants to become a terrorist. Maybe he thinks this is the only way to move up the Antifa leaderboard.

He realises if he did that…that tweets like this would probably make him think he wasn't running because he was scared but so he could murder someone and claim self defence and therefore they probably would not find him innocent

Right?

For the people asking about Canadian law: in Canada, double jeopardy only begins to apply after a defendant is convicted or acquitted.

Also in Canada, the prosecution is allowed to file appeals. In fact, the fucking appeals system is designed to benefit the prosecution! Appeals courts there have the ability to substitute an acquittal for a conviction instead.

I'm so glad I don't have to care about some British cuck country's laws.

Holy fucking shit what the fuck, is this real?
It's a real tweet, and a cursory search for canada appeal not guilty verdict indicates that in Canada, the Crown can indeed appeal a not guilty verdict as a matter of law under some circumstances. As if we needed more reasons to hate them. Those maple-leaf-eating fuckers can keep their free health care, I'll be down here enjoying my freedom of speech and my right to bear arms and my protection from double jeopardy and my freedom to cross state lines for whatever the fuck reason I want without showing my papers.

Why not kill this specific guy instead? He seems to be completely okay with the concept, it should be done to him. In like Roblox or some shit. No, lmao, in reality.
If I write on Twitter that I'll donate $20 in Bitcoin if you vote for my candidate in next year's election I'm fairly confident my ass would go to prison for trying to buy votes.

Why doesn't this fucker get rammed for clearly trying to fuck over our justice system. Going after jurists is straight up Mafia style bullshit. And anyone who tries to promote it should serve severe legal consequences. Instead this faggot will keep being a big time Twitch streamer.

It's like some people are just trying at this point.

Someone had already archived her account so, I'm guessing she's someone's cow.

Couldn't ask for a better result. Still blows my mind that it took the jury this damned long to get there.
I'd rather the jury take its time and methodically come up with the right verdict than rush and make the wrong one.

I'm glad this came up, not just because it helps Kyle but because I hope you all understand this is not at all unusual; in fact, most prosecutors are just like Binger and Fatty. They suppress evidence, violate defendants constitutional rights all day, every day and don't care if they put away innocent people.
Even someone who still thinks Kyle should have been found guilty of something agreed that the prosecution's shenanigans were shady and that this probably happens a lot more than people realize in cases that aren't subject to the same public scrutiny as high-profile ones.

The sad part is how the Soros DAs will get charges dismissed, but only for certain people in an attempt to trick people they believe in the truest sense of justice (without mentioning it's only for those with the same ideological leanings).

Nah Michigan is completely fucked too especially with that "terrorist plot" to kidnap the governer. Whitmer is garbage.
State government in Michigan is incompetent at best. Just today, the Detroit Free Press posted an article how the state unemployment agency overpaid over $3 billion in unemployment benefits it shouldn't have -- sadly not surprising ever since most of the processing has become automated and seems to go unchecked by humans for accuracy and reasonability. (Article / Archive)

Mine was destroyed when I began working for lawyers, I mean there's a reason everyone hates them.
Trial lawyers may be decent people off the clock, but they know how to be nasty when it comes to handling or dealing with legal cases. It's probably no secret, either, that they will test the limits of what they can or can't do and continue to do so without impunity until someone stands up to them.

He just plain doesn't know how to handle a trial in the face of the unholy alliance between social media and the lugenpresse.
I don't think any judge knows how to handle high-profile cases in today's social media era where so many people -- many of whom know neither the law nor the relevant case details -- offer their uninformed opinions, criticisms, and flames. I don't envy any judge that has to preside over these cases and I think this one did the best he could all things considered.

Also Kyle’s only crime was having worthless friends and associates.
I think the only thing Kyle was guilty of was youthful naivete. Many teens in the 16-17 year age range have what they think are good ideas only to either stop and realize they aren't good ideas or find out the hard way it was a bad idea. Kyle probably thought his protection thing was the right thing to do for someone who believes in their community and didn't realize that today's batch of protestors don't play by the rules and will go after anyone or anything that dares oppose them.

Major feels for the PTSD he's going through right now. Even with therapy, he'll never be the same. :heart-empty:

What do I win for voting correctly?
The unofficial KiwiFarms pooper scooper or the home game version of Name that Antifa Agent... assuming either gets created.

The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee blasted the verdict released on Friday in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse and called for the Justice Department to review the court decision.
Rep Jerry Nadler’s remarks veered sharply from the message issued by President Joe Biden, who unlike progressives said that he respected the jury’s decision.

"The cruelty is the point" cries the leftoid hivemind after trying to ruin a kid's life, after trying to send him to jail, after sending his family death threats, after advocating he do nothing but stand there and take the beating.

"The cruelty is the point" cries the leftoid, without a hint of self-awareness.

Our boy Kyle is a FREE MAN!!!

It's great to see something good like this happen in this clownworld of a year. They might say this is only a win for racist white boys but it's actually a win for all Americans and anyone who disagrees is fucking stupid. This could've been part of a slippery slope of self-defense demonizing but luckily it did not.

Hopefully Kyle has a good support system and protection from the droves of alt-left fags who try and wear him down. There's going to be riots, there's going to be attempted character assassinations, but if made it through this he can make it through the rest.

So not only does Canada have hate speech laws, and the transgender wax-my-girl-testicles tribunal, and another country's monarch on their money, their prosecutors can apparently just keep trying a case until they get a guilty verdict, at least according to this guy's belief of how things work.

God Bless America!
TBF, she's also Canada's monarch.
