White people are so guilt ridden and brainwashed that will never happen. Look at the Ahmaud "everyone cases out construction sites on private property at night" Arbery case. Even the Republicans are defending Arbery despite his history, intent, and proof of motives. It's mind boggling. Even when construction managers, and those who run construction firms are telling everyone that's bullshit that people consider it normal to do that without being given approval or permission. Let alone people trying to ignore the conclusion that trespassing would obviously be linked to burglary and if you believed someone trespassed it would be reasonable to suspect they had stolen from you as well.
It's good but still stop gappy to an extent. It's good that Rittenhouse was found as such or the adverse would have been worse which many don't realize. The slippery slope of that decision would have painted targets on the majority of Americans and removed self-defense from them which was the intent. Thank goodness the system isn't completely corrupt.
He's concerned that the judiciary and justice system isn't corrupt yet. Hence why they're hoping they can decay it even further. He's mad he didn't get his way on the decision to ignore basic law and have Kyle prosecuted.

I'm not really sure how that gives anyone the right to chase the man down in a truck and shoot him in the street. It's not remotely comparable to the rittenhouse case, or even chauvin. There's no self-defense aspect to it, or justification that can be made that they were protecting their community. They pursued him and shot him to death, based on nothing more than a belief that he might come back and steal shit later.

Because they didn't just chase him down and shoot him. He literally suicide charged them because of his past history of misdemeanors and potential felonies he probably knew he was going to jail so instead of stopping when they told him the cops were coming he decided to attack them. Before you go "What would you do with people aiming a gun on you" been there done that, I sat still waited for the cops to come and nothing happened. There''s no excuse for Ahmaud's chimp out or making the neighborhood go over the edge with his shenanigans. Even in the cases he didn't burglarize the houses, it wasn't beyond the belief he could have done that considering he was breaking into houses, garages, and dwellings (construction) with no trespassing signs.
Also in his past he was known to get violent with people confronting him on his law breaking. This was just more of that repeat history.

Nope, since it's not illegal to be a white supremacist, that's not slander/libel. People who accused him of a crime after he has been cleared are open to slander/libel, like the people who keep repeating the "he illegally took a gun across state lines" lie or who say he was illegally carrying a weapon days after the weapons charges were dropped. There are several of these people in the media and in politics and they should all be sued. Everyone who accused him of a crime that he was never charged with or after he has been cleared should get a special letter. Fucking build a legal team to fuck these people up already. Slander is automatically considered if it's false and about criminal matters, but if you can prove damages pretty much any false statement can be sued over.

The fact is, he shouldn't have been there. The 'protestors' (rioters) shouldn't have been there and they definately should never ever ever have approached a guy wielding a fucking rifle, let alone threatening him, let alone doing it to kyle (a kid). In this situation that shouldn't have ever happened, he defended his life against guys much bigger and older than him, one even brandishing a fire arm.
What angle do the politicians have to gain from this? They'll piss off more than half the country, who either agree with gun rights, defense rights, defending your community, or will now see that what they were told in the MSM was a load of old arse. They'll piss off everyone who believes in the justice system and piss off anybody who agrees that rioters shouldn't be burning shit down on a whim.
None of that is a good idea while your approval rating is in the toilet. A simple "The greatest justice system in the world, along with X jurors from the free-est country in the world, found Kyle not guilty of murder. We should stand by our court systems, whether we agree with the outcome or not, because it's part of the reason why our country is great/ace/numbah wun". and leave it at that.
America needs Trump, or Trump-like pride more than ever.
