Two issues there, "mainly" means something other than what he listed occured. And what Chris means by soul-bonded could quite easily describe the things he told Bella, considering he framed the sex as healing her. And then you don't even have a clear statement of him saying nothing sexual occurred. Hell, when he was confronted by that one guy shortly before his arrest he also didn't deny it. Chris has never said "I did not actually have sexual interaction with my mother" which would clear things up quite explicitly if he did.

It's best for the defense to humanize Chris for the sake of empathy. Conversely it's best for the prosecution to state cold, hard facts for the sake of cold, hard sentencing.

I imagine something along the lines of

- a pattern of increasing disregard for the law and other people
- a history of sexually inappropriate behavior
- serious anger issues which would terrify anyone weaker than him

Keep in mind up until the moment he actually caught up with Chris. Ralph was harassing several business and loitering in several places, all in the vain hopes of finding Chris. The Richmond mall actually had to call the police to get him to leave just minutes before they moved in to arrest Chris.

I wish Ethan Ralph was arrested at the same time and place as Chris's, and then he and Chris sit in the police car together.

My theory is its that, coupled with the fact that Ethan Ralph was streaming his ugly face all over the state as he drove to Richmond then ran amuck trying to find Chris for an interview. This is all Henrico Sheriff was able to tell me:

"Upon receiving notice of a warrant at the request of the issuing agency, Henrico Police responded, located and arrested the person identified on the warrant. Arrested adults are taken to the Henrico County Sheriff's Office, where they are processed and housed until extradited back to the original jurisdiction."

I was trying to get a more detailed account of the day of the arrest but I understand these people have jobs and don't have the time or give a shit enough to sit there and talk with me about how the morning started, what they did before they went to arrest Chris, etc.

Also, that Lt.'s name is M.C. Pecka which is a fucking amazing rap name.
