The "Grosskreutz saw an active shooter" argument is either disingenuous or ignorant. Grosskreutz was one of the people chasing Kyle. Before he saw an "active shooter," he saw a kid running away from the mob he was a part of, who didn't start shooting until he had literally fallen to the ground and was being attacked from all sides.
