She'll make up a new reason to sue him if he deletes the thread. I think Null is perfectly aware of this. Deleting a thread that has been cited as evidence by both parties in the currently ongoing legal procedings could be a federal and state crime that could land him up to 20 years in prison. See 18 U.S. Code § 1519, § 18.2-460 (VA). Now granted, the state law is a lot more likely to apply and it carries lower penalties, but I would not even think about deleting this thread if I was him without consulting my Lawyer.
