The quality has drastically gone downhill in recent years. It was bought up by Michael Kors in 2018. As everybody know, everything MK touches becomes horribly cheap, tacky and gaudy. Versace was always on the point to gaudy, but even people that doesn't like the style. Could say it didn't look cheap. You don't go to Walmart for luxury, you go there to get household items and food not to get Versace.
In 2019, they released 6 perfumes under the name from their most exclusive line Atelier Versace. A dress from it is always tailor-made and starting price is about 100k usd. So it's more of a line reserved for celebrities. Even though their dresses look bland and when they try something unique, it's horribly ugly.
Anyway. the perfumes were nothing unique and costs 300 usd for each 100ml.
Worth mentioning, is that they had debt and sold their perfume department or something to someone (haven't bothered to look into it that much). Which is intriguing, because Versace doesn't have many fragrances. They have 3 fragrances that are mainstream, so yea. Anyway, they are milking the fuck out of Eros. Because last year, it was released an Eau de Parfum for it. The parfum was released about 2 months ago. Of course did they water down the Eau de Toilette-version of it, gotta force people to buy the more expensive bottle.
I'm pretty sure they sell underwear at places like Walmart. The only things normies tend to have from Versace, is the darn underwear, bathrobe, or a perfume. I cringe hard when I see people flex that they have 50 usd underwear, made of cotton. Try their silk boxers of real silk to 400 usd, and silk dressing gown to 1300 usd. Since the fucking bathrobes to 300 usd are being used to flex too.
Even Jeffree Star and Trisha Paytas have the fucking bathrobes, which was shown in one the clips shown in this thread.
Consooming of soaps, and there is a soap called Baked Alaska in there. The guy in the IP2-universe that got arrested for livestreaming the riot on Capitol Hill. Just found it funny they haven't removed it from stock.
