Yikes, why would a university need to release a statement on the verdict?

I am amused he accuses you of only knowing whats on TV, while babbling the most stereotypical TV version of the Amish...
Saw an Amish dude with a flip phone in Lancaster as a kid during a school fieldtrip. Broke my little heart as someone who only knew them from the stereotype. I was like "Wuh, hey! He's not supposed to have that!"

There's a lot of them who have stuff like air conditioners and such too.

They often hide it from other members of their community, but almost everybody's cheating at least a little bit.

They can use them for business purposes, they can also drive thier goods to a market w/ lights and refrigeration and work there all day. I'm too far East to interact with them that regularly (I'd imagine buggy traffic is a bitch) but they make darn good grass-fed steak and fresh cheeses and pies.

The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Sneed's Feed & Seed", where feed and seed both end in the sound "-eed", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Sneed. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Fuck and Suck".
this was the moment I realized I'm too fucking old

Right, but how does that play into the current usage of the phrase “Sneed”

To do it without the copypasta, I dunno either. It was one of those cyclical memes that comes around every few years, but it's stuck around this time when it coincided with The Frontier fiasco, and it's become an alternative to the cope/seethe/dilate combo.

And yet, Amish society has remained stable since before the inception of this country. I've watched the Amish get together and move a barn with some wood and a couple dozen dudes. How long do you think it would take you to get together enough friends to move a barn?

What do you know about the Amish anyway? I'm guessing it's mostly what you've seen on TV... funny how the people who make TV shows only want to show you the absolute worst, most dysfunctional aspects of a ~100% White, insular society that outright rejects the modern narrative of America and is increasing in population at the rate faster than your average African country...
I got most people’s Amish knowledge right here.
Fresh Amish bread is amazing.
Never had it.

I remember being in Lancaster once and seeing a horse and buggy with blinkers on the back. Blew my mind.

Well Ben Garrison chimes in with a new cartoon.
Is it me, or does the guy saying "An active shooter" bear a striking resemblance to Russell Greer?

California: Not even once.
Even if this wasn't from a California-based university, the fact it came from the person in charge of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion should tell you all you need to know. TL;DR - it was probably released to reassure the snowflakes. :tumblr:

So what do you folks think Kyle’s next move should be?
First and foremost, he should probably get counseling for his PTSD and lasting issues from that fateful night. I'd like to see him eventually pursue his dream of nursing because it seems consistent with his overall desire to make a positive difference. However, I'm not sure if and when he might be able to do that given his notoriety and the fact so many unstable people are making not-so-veiled threats on social media against his life right now. *sigh*

I can't recall if it was on the radio or in an article today, but an activist was reportedly quoted as saying he would have been unhappy with any verdict coming from the case. NGL, shit like that makes it clear these "activists" only care about their own agendas and not about right, wrong, or justice. It's been said here many times before that giving them what they want doesn't work because they'll never be satisfied and only move the goalposts in demanding even more in return.

It's also telling that the only significant protests so far seem to be in the areas where the protestors already rule the roost. It's telling to observe that the verdict has made protestors think harder about committing acts of violence in places where their antics aren't welcome or face enough pushback when they didn't necessarily care about that in the past.

The grifting never ends
That's Jesse Jackson with the hat? The old guy that needs two helpers to carry him "Weekend at Bernie's" style so they can say he's a part of their protest? The old guy who just wants to go back to the retirement home and talk to his old tomcat named King after Martin Luther?

Damn, the modern left in action.

Dude LMAO oh no, Jesse Jackson is being held by two guys and his eyes are shifting all over the fucking place throughout the whole video. Does he know where he is or even what's going on, poor guy. Let the man enjoy his retirement in piece.

Edit: Ninja'd Again.
