If I'm counting things right: approximately 42000 recorded adverse events, 1228 deaths at the time of recording. If this were an infectious disease, that would be a nearly 3% case fatality rate.Remember when the FDA asked for 55 years about the pfizer vaccine? We got some clues.

For comparison, the CFR of covid 19 is under 1%. The recorded cases and fatality rate in both instances is a subset of "infection" fatality; you'll get a lot of non-reported cases (not reported or no symptoms in the case of the vaccine, non-tested and asymptomatic in the case of the virus), so I think it's broadly comparable.
