I was thinking last week how a prospective career path for him if he's acquitted could be in civil rights type activism because his case reminded me of Amanda Knox and how she ended up doing civil rights/innocence project type stuff after finally getting freed from prison in Italy. Him talking about prosecutorial misconduct and such makes me feel more confident about that.

Shit like this is why I cry out in frustration. No, not on his support of BLM, I can understand that as the rage of people who don't know the sheer parade of bullshit that caused the current african communities problems.

No, I am frustrated because this would have been a -great- time for the left to reach out to the right to do something about legitimate issues with the criminal justice system. Rather than seeing the absolute scumfuck that was Binger and Kraus and going "Perhaps we can fix this, because it legitimately -fucks- black people as well" they instead make a racism narrative.

It's the Chauvin shit all over again. The opportunity to reach across the aisle and seek out actual change is -right fucking there-, and instead they snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory by being fucking screaming idiots.

I think defense attorney would actually be a really great idea for him. Plus WI has a special law that allows anyone who graduated from either of the 2 Wisconsin law schools to automatically get his law license. He could torment Thomas Binger for decades.

I think this is that piece of shit David Hancock’s doing, Kyle needs someone smarter advising him. Hancock seems to have no sort of real skills besides embezzling from Kyle. He’s a fucking parasite that Kyle needs to dispense of right away if he wants to have a good life after his acquittal. Hancock is going to milk and steal from him until Kyle ends up like Zimmerman and Hancock moves on to his next victim.
I think they agreed to this as part of their fundraising efforts before Richards came on as counsel.

Richards is strongly against all of it and I hope he talked some sense into the kid and his mom.

The world’s greatest dad has made an appearance for the first time. I want someone to ask him how his children are handling the death of their brother (he kicked his sister and put a knife to his brother’s neck to clean his room).
It is OK for 17 year Olds to have ar 15s lol what are you on about? Thats not what was on trial if that's what you think made Kyle deserve to die than I'm glad your bitch son is dead cunt

My hope is that Elijah Schaffer, Glenn Beck, or Tucker Carlson are able to help him out and hook him up with someone who has his best interests in mind. I know he’s personal friends with Elijah Schaffer and some of his group so hopefully when Elijah sees him this weekend he’s able to do that.

Right, I'm going to be that guy. Not because I disagree, but because word autisms are occasionally my thing.

Regulated today means, well, something that is regulated; something that the controlling authority has created a set of regulations to define and proscribe. Something that behaves according to those regulations. When the constitution was written, regulated had a subtle different meaning, as something that is regular or consistent in its constitution and make-up. If the second amendment were being written today, quite apart from getting the clauses separated correctly, the framers might have phrased it something like this:

"In consideration of the fact that a suitably supplied and armed militia is necessary to the security of the state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

Layman's approximation, of course, but this is sort of what they had in mind. The framers didn't want a permanent standing army, but they wanted the ability to quickly form a properly equipped and armed force when necessary, which means that in order for the militia to be well-regulated, all the weapons necessary for that state to exist must be available to the people. By the original intent of the constitution, a free citizen of the united states has the right to own a B2 bomber.
Eh, there is a little more to it than that. What you mention is basically what was argued in Federalist no 29. However Federalist no 46 goes further expanding on how a militia, more properly an organized armed citizenry, would "forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of."

Publius (James Madison) clearly wanted the people to be more powerful by force of arms than the government.

Y'know Rosenbaum, by any objective measure, was an extremely maladjusted person. Even if you think pedos can be reformed, that fucked up shit like that can be repaired, I do not understand how you can look at him and the life he was leading up until his death and say that any of that shit was accomplished. Whatever his incarceration did to him, it did not fix him to the point where that should have been allowed to move about freely in society.

It was going to end poorly for others and him eventually. The guy was fucking broken and his disfunction led to a series of events which resulted in his death, the death of Huber, and Grosskreutz's arm getting blown apart. Not to mention how fucked Kyle got from all of this. Just more trauma that followed in his absolute catastrophe of a life.

It's so weird that it all is just hand-waived as not relevant and he gets deified because he was on "the right side".

is it just me or are Jewish celebrities and politicians particularly mad about Rosenbuam? I mean obviously they hate Kyle as a person and are upset that he shot Huber and Bicep but Rosenbuam the pedophile they seem especially angry and livid about.

Why is that? Is it just ethnic loyalty and tribalism?

You know I would feel bad laughing at this interview if Huber wasn’t a complete piece of shit that’s victimized his friends and family for his whole life. “This is all I have left of my son.” I bet him and Hannah Gittings are in a feud over the skateboard. 65E9A74B-309D-435B-B1E3-F39660618E9A.jpeg

God damn it! What good is being a shit parent. He should be suing the state and city for misappropriating state resources during the riots creating the need for citizens to protect their shit. They should be sueing the media for stoking the flames of racial and class conflict while encouraging risings.

They should be going after democrat politicians for parroting the media. THAT'S what killed his son.

And when the dust settles he should go after himself for raising such a vile son.

What the actual fuck, did he bring a tiny urn full of yid-ash as a prop to the interview?
