You can kind of see the wall curves inward in a weird way with the apex of the curve centered around her oddly straight looking thigh, so I'm guessing she pinched in her thigh or more likely pulled out her hip in an upward diagonal direction so she could pretend she has an ass like normal women who don't look like an escaped lab experiment.

Also on the bottom right there there's an odd delineation that if you look closely seems to extend into the door in an oval shape which makes me think she sloppily applied some kind of smoothing effect that didn't extend all the way down to the floor.
