I feel bad for that poor cancer. It just wanted to live and reproduce just like those people that car mowed down.

Help a Kraut out here, doesn't the state take the fees for the trial if tge defendant is nit foubd guilty? If nit you burgers ought to change at least that aspect of your legal system.

I'm a Canadian but according to Andrew Branca of the Law of Self Defense, the only state that rewards the cost of defending yourself if you're acquitted due to lawful use of force is Washington state. Should be more IMO.

He has an outstanding case for slander and libel against dozens and more media figures. Barnes doesn't know WTF he's talking about.
He is arguably a semi-public if not public figure. And they're journalists. Both of those make it very very hard to go after them.

The "White Nationalist" and "Nazi" stuff, the left is desperately trying to make into a quantum-opinion statement. An opinion when they are called out on it, but treated as an indisputable fact in all other instances. But it's not there yet, and certainly not there in the legal system.

There is a special place in hell for such people. Fuck this guy and his demon cock worshipping mother. To all the white nationalist here...Im gonna be as crass as the German governmemt allows me- beign a disgusting, loathesome, hellbound, accursed fucking bitch is a disease NOT tied to skincolor and ancestry. Exhibit A
Im out on a walk and its almost 3am- I must not shout at the screen right now.

Actual malice. Slam dunk in many of these cases.

Quite right, but here's the fun thing.

He's going to sue these groups. These groups' legal counsel is going to ask something like "well, we haven't talked about him in slack or over email, have we?" There's going to be a lot of very awkward glances between each other. And then they will be very, very interested in settling before Discovery.

The exact same thing happened with Sandmann.

Im not sure how America handles it. Here it would be freedom of the press if of public interest and reasonable arguments are provided, which arguably is the case here.
Everything pre trial is thus covered quite safely, he might be lucky with the Young Turks latest slander of him, because with him innocent it becomes obvious slander and post trial it is about Kyle himself, with an innocent teen hardly a person of public interest.

Without Trump being able to shitpost constantly and stay in public view though, they're not as easily able to make their pet creatures afraid of him and stir them into doing stupid shit.
Also normal people who aren't completely unhinged look at shit like what happened in Portland and Seattle and stay the fuck home.
We've finally reached the point where all of the Chick Tracts are 100% factual situations. It's hilarious and really disturbing that one absurd boomer Protestant was right in his own warped way.
I don't even think Chick imagined we'd have pedophile drag queens dressed as literal demons in full bondage gear doing "story time" to little kids.

Not responding to this... but just realized that Kane looks a lot like Rosenbaum... it's kind of creepy actually.
Not that Kane but maybe Kyle can move to that city in Tennesse where Kane is the mayor.
Also just found out apparently Kane once went by the name Unabomb. Pretty funny to have a mayor named Unabomb.

I can't actually say for SURE when SNL stopped being funny because I stopped watching in the mid 90s but I can say that in my opinion they peaked in the late 80s (the Hartman era) and I stopped watching them in the mid 90s because they weren't funny any more. Maybe they enjoyed a come back period after that I don't know--but I'm quite positive that neither "woke" nor "shill for the democrat party" could possibly be funny.

EDIT: Come to think of it I have watched a bit of "celebrity jeaopardy" and "black jeopardy" on youtube and that shit (especially "sean connery") is pretty funny.
SNL stopped being funny the moment they fired Norm MacDonald in 1997 for telling jokes about OJ Simpson.
Bonus: Norm's monologue from when he hosted SNL in 1999

Interesting writeup on how Kyle grew up with a super dysfunctional family and still tried to be a good kid. Most relevant part here:

The whole article is a generic praise piece about him from a fairly obscure site, but I choose to believe it gets the basic facts right.

I hope he gets that money from suing the MSM. He deserves it and deserves to use it to bring forth a better life for himself and his family.

Seeing stuff like this really makes me wonder if going forward we're going to start seeing articles titled "How Death of Rosenbaum is making LGBT community rethink treatment of non-offending pedophiles" or "Are MAPS (Minor Attracted People) The Most Oppressed Sexuality in LGBT?" First it's going to be "Welllll... I mean he was wrongfully killed and that's not real justice." then it's going to be "I mean... the guy wasn't a repeat offender after he served his time so maybe he's a non-offending pedophile". Is Rosenbaum going to be the tipping point of the slippery slope where the left starts to gradually start to tolerate pedophiles a little more? Not a lot, but just a little bit.

Apparently Kyle said that he supports BLM, guess the left are the real racists once again

Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager who was acquitted of murder last week after shooting and killing two people in Kenosha, Wis., during civil unrest there last year, said he supports the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement.

"I’m not a racist person. I support the BLM movement," Rittenhouse said during an interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson, a portion of which is slated to air on Carlson's program on Monday evening.

"I support peacefully demonstrating," the teen told Carlson, according to a transcript of the interview. "I believe there needs to be change. I believe there’s a lot of prosecutorial misconduct, not just in my case but in other cases. It’s just amazing to see how much a prosecutor can take advantage of someone."

The jury on Friday found Rittenhouse not guilty of all five counts he faced, including intentional homicide, after defense attorneys argued Rittenhouse acted in self-defense when he shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26.
Rittenhouse also injured a third person during the shooting, which took place after the teen traveled to Kenosha from his home in Illinois. He said he intended to help defend businesses that were under threat of being damaged during the unrest that followed the police shooting of Jacob Blake, a Black man, earlier that summer.

The Rittenhouse verdict was widely celebrated over the weekend by conservatives, many of whom see his acquittal as a win for gun rights and self-defense laws nationwide. Many liberals have panned the verdict as setting a dangerous precedent about self-defense claims and the disparities in the criminal justice system for defendants based on race.
Several protests have broken out in cities nationwide following the verdict.

“The verdict speaks to the dramatic differences in perspective people have, based on racial background, about justice in our country,” civil rights attorney Shavar Jeffries told The Hill on Friday. “For many people of color, the idea that they could show up with an assault rifle at the site of a rally, kill people, and find themselves exonerated is something beyond comprehension.”

Rittenhouse, in the interview with Carlson, described the fear he said he felt during the confrontation that led to the shooting.

"I tell everybody there what happened," he said. "I said I had to do it. I was just attacked. I was dizzy. I was vomiting. I couldn’t breathe."

Rittenhouse broke down in tears on the stand as he testified during his own trial and collapsed when the verdict was read aloud by the jury foreperson on Friday.

"The jury reached the correct verdict," he said during a previously released portion of the interview with Carlson. "Self-defense is not illegal."

Starting to wish some unhinged gunman with nothing left to lose would mow these sick fucks down in Roblox, but knowing Clown World that would only further the acceleration to legal pedophilia.

If you do shout at the screen, record yourself, Germans shouting are like whale songs to me.

The kid brings up a good point.
