If he moves, maybe a week or two tops before it's a proper shithovel. I don't think he'll be able to though as he's still clinging to an inheritance he's supposed to get, the date of which has changed multiple times. I don't think he'll get shit, and even if he does it'll get spent before he does anything useful with it.
