Nah, this one is big for people with depression. They take any chance to beat themselves down. So when they're not being depressed, they still feel miserable because they delude themselves into thinking they're a faker/liar and hate themselves for it. All part of the vicious cycle.

Hey folks, I'm new here.
So I'm just now seeing this zamii drama and I've looked into it as much as I could myself but I'm still really confused- what on earth did she do that could possibly justify any of this? Even in fucked up tumblr terms? Like literally why do people hate her so much? I understand that she drew Rose Quartz (god that show is boring :/) a little thinner than she is in cannon, but I always thought drawing characters a little thinner would yes, ruffle some feathers, but was in the end a thing only a niche group within the SJ-tumblr community (*cough* haes-types, thin privilege people) got truly upset about. I'd usually look at this kind of situation as a jealousy-fuled deal; zamii's popular enough to make money off what she produces, she produces popular content, etc. but why do so many people hate her so much? Is this a lemming situation? None of it really makes sense..
Anyway, don't want to clog up the thread without content!

Have you seen spy kids recently? It's actually pretty good.
It started when she did a commission for a friend of hers. He turned out to be a convicted child molester. His victim made a post saying "this art was drawn for a convicted child molester, try not to reblog it" and then people came to zamii and started pestering her about it, but then others seemed to stop talking about that and moved on to pointless fandom sperging. It all spiraled out of control from there. Basically nobody cares that she drew something for a pedophile, they care that she drew a cartoon character thin.
Anyway, back to the thread on hand, otherkin dysphoria:

Something I noticed over the zamii drama (and probably a large portion of tumblr drama): This is what happens when alogging (aka unnecessary hostility towards someone over their perceived faults) went unchecked, and worse, taken up to eleven.
