Not all tipping points are violent. There is a possibility people realize shits gone too far and they need to re-evaluate their priorities.

It would only take a couple people in power to change their minds to make a big change.

True. But I don’t trust the people in power.

>Very red, very republican, very Trump.
>But they're lovely people.
Sorry for the audio, it's from the source.

The person responsible for Brooks's $1,000 bail.

Seems most Americans are asleep so not much is getting tweeted, maybe in the morning once the MSM machine starts printing that agitprop.
$1000 for committing vehicle homicide during a parade.

$2 million for defending yourself against a pedo, an elderly beater and a domestic abuser.

She's basically saying those lives affected are worth $1000.

I'm speechless.

If Republicans had balls they'd push for bail reform, or promise it in the 2022 elections. Even democrats can't go up against dead kids at the hands of a minority.

While it is often incredibly hard to have faith in certain people, it's absolutely critical to never lose faith in people as a collective.

No matter how many times someone is told by their colleagues to ignore something, ESPECIALLY when something this massive happens, there will be people who rise to the occasion and show the world what they stand for.

Remember the Afghanistan exit? A Democrat and Republican lawmaker both put aside their differences to get to the truth and flew across the world to see what was really happening, because there were lives on the line.

I believe that was bail for his previous offense unless I misread.

It's still absurd because he was arrested for a bail related offense.

They can't afford to do that, especially for NBC who has a crowd of people in front of the studio.

Sure they check signs, but a single person bringing in a sharpie and writing 'Dozens dead/injured in WI due to BLM terrorism attack' would absolutely capsize their already critically injured reputation after they got caught trying to dox the Rittenhouse jury.
They won't fucking mention anything about the perp, at most his name but do you think they'll show his picture? These are the same outlets that got people to believe Rittenhouse killed a bunch of black people for an entire year, and still are actually tricking some. If you don't think MSNBC will drop this story, or at the very least make sure any information they talk about regarding Darrell is kept to the barest of bare minimums, you're ODing on Hopium.

Saying ' dozens are dead in a BLM terror attack' on a sign is easier than writing a 12 paragraph essay explaining why NBC is misleading you and posting all the criminal mugshots and screenshots to back up your point on a sign.

All I'm gonna say is that I'm going to really flip my lid the next time someone claims racism towards white people doesn't exist after a Black Supremacist with Neo-Nazi leanings just Truck of Peace'd a bunch of white people.
Basically, whenever somebody wants to preach about race, I just mute it out. Shame really, because I'm in that category they supposedly want to help.

Whether that makes me a racist, I don't know.

The most racist people are the ones who focus on race.

If you ignore race then by default it's impossible for you to be racist.

That's assuming they would even care beyond "thoughts and prayers." All that potential to actually do something impactful and do nothing. Fascinating.

I think you're severely underestimating how much Republicans enjoy patriotic grandmas and children, and strong communities, especially in smaller towns/cities.

Nothing like this has ever happened before.

But would they try to push for bail reform without backing out of the notion that "it's racist?"

There ARE Republicans that are establishment to just keep their seats for tenure and nothing more.

We'll see, won't we? How GOP(e) reacts to this will influence how much trust the people will engender in the current status quo.

And I'm the group people like this want to target. I've had people call me crazy for thinking that Social Justice is just racism towards white people, that I'm just "overly paranoid" and "misled by White Supremacists and Fascists." Every day I find myself being vindicated more and more.

If the media hadn't lied about Kyle, and painted him as a White Supremacist, hadn't driven up hysteria about phantom white supremacists around every street corner, and blame white people for every evil thing that happened through-out history, these people would still be alive. Their blood is on their hands.

That's exactly why the media won't spin it and they'll just drop it. You can't spin these things.
This needs to be pushed hard. Especially after the rittenhouse trial where people are waking up to being lied to be the media this entire time. This is one of the clearest cases where media lies have resulted in innocent bodies in the streets. We need to push back on the inevitable media narrative that this was just fleeing the cops or “motives unknown” when it’s obvious this man hates white people and his actions reflect that complete disregard for the lives of others. He’s obviously not going to say that he ran down all these innocent people as revenge for the acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse, but things like this don’t happen by coincidence. It seems obvious that the levels of rage on the left stirred up by the media reached a breaking point for this man. By what we know about this man he probably thought that Kyle Rittenhouse was driven by his mom across state lines with an AR-15 he wasn’t allowed to own and gunned down 3 black people at a BLM protest who weren’t doing anything wrong because he “felt in fear of his life” and got away with murder.

It actually doesn’t matter if this man intended to run all these people down or he was fleeing police. To be honest: I think it’s worse if he was just fleeing police as it shows a blatant disregard for the lives of others and a mentality that if he’s going back to jail he’s going to take others with him. I hope that this tragedy will result in state legislation that doesn’t allow any sort of bail for jail jumpers, sex offenders, and repeat felony violent offenders. While I understand bail is a right, those 3 sets of crimes are by people that are not going to be rehabilitated and need to be thrown in cages for life if they reoffend in any way.

I might have an unpopular take on this, but I’m extremely happy this man was taken alive as the court coverage of his case as well as the ability to investigate and interrogate him will bring attention to this tragedy for years to come. While I do genuinely believe this man deserves to die, more good will be done to wake people up to the danger our country is in if he lives and can keep spewing the ideology that brought him to commit this massacre.

Conviction can change a lot about a person. If they get mad enough they could start yelling about it by midterms.
