Without Smellinda in the thread I don't see much reason for me personally to visit the thread. She's just a really fucking dull person. Calling her names and telling her to kill herself was really therapeutic for me.
Maybe if she takes her stupidity to YouTube and starts drama there that would be a good continuance of the Mountain Jew story.

I disagree. I'd bet he's actually pretty frustrated with both sides in this case, regardless of the obvious lack of merit in Melinda's claims. It's self-explanatory why Melinda's filings would piss off the court. However, instead of accepting the magistrate's order for a minor redaction, Hardin filed an objection that the court had to read (and most certainly would rather not). This is after filing dozens of pages of classical Greek homages and exhibits that mostly boil down to Melinda schizoposting about Jewish supremacy and Marshall's dong. All of this makes sense to us, but Judge Jones (an 81-year-old man in semi-retirement) is likely just seeing a white-trash feud monopolizing court time with hundreds of pages of filings.
There's plenty of reasons that >90% of cases settle before going to trial: a big one is that lawyers know that judges want litigants to fuck off.
A nice quote: "The best way to improve as a lawyer is to remember this: every single person that reads what you write (whether a supervising partner, the opposing counsel, the client, or a judge) hates you and resents every word that you make them read. Don't make them read more than is absolutely necessary."

Most of Hardin's filings are in response to Melinda's filings. Lack of response already caused some problems for Null so I would assume it's reasonable that he responds.
It was just one reference - not sure how appropriate that was but certainly made it more entertaining to read than dry legal language. And submitting the posts is not without merit when they contradict statements she made in her filings.

Btw, I completely deny any attempts on my part to "circumvent the court's order" (which only applied to Hardin), and I completely deny "post[ing] an unredacted copy...on November 16th" (considering I did not post that document on November 16th). Needless to say, I am not Hardin either, despite Mel's delusions.

What's wrong with using protonmail? I use it for business since they don't have bots reading your emails like Google has with GMail and have actual security features. I guess I'm also Hardin.
