Its a combination of an accent and him being a reetard. If he didn't over emphasize the h with the lahhhhhger, then I would just put it down to regional accent

I popped into Phil’s stream momentarily to see if he was ranting and popped back in and this motherfucker is STILL talking lmfao. I seriously can’t help but laugh man. I feel like Phil just wants to start his own podcast rather than game. Why does he feel compelled to share every thought that comes to his head, he’s like bouncing off ideas with himself it’s hilarious.

But when he started the month begging for memberships he said that if they hit the 300 goal he would do a Xmas event and feasting with the king and if they hit the 325 goal he would do an additional DSP tries it.
