I wonder if he strikes them randomly or there's something about those videos that threw him into a fit of boomer rage in particular. Which means he may be watching the full streams, which is hilarious.Jack has copyright struck two of our videos again. Episode 2 & 19 on one strike.
Well, he was allowed to re-stroke.Why is he allowed to re-strike?

YouTube most likely doesn't consider him as a fraudulent serial claimant, because the number of his claims is (as of now) to low to get considered as a fraudulent serial claimant by YouTube. Why is he allowed to re-strike?
That'll never happen at his current rate and scope of claims. He could sit there and gimply file strikes nonstop 24/7 and he still wouldn't get noticed by anything other than robots. He would REALLY have to dish out strikes on such a massive scale and even then he'd have to piss off the wrong channel, like some big-time youtuber with people on the inside. He's shown to be utterly inept with even basic technology so really, the most damage he can do is to just keep punching at the air until he croaks. Human beings at youtube will never notice him or PCLM...both channels are such small potatoes they're not even on youtube's radar. Any and all slapfights at this level would be handled by robots who would just kick the can down the road. Now watch Jack get big mad when his channel is deleted for abusing the copyright system.
This is what we get:YouTube most likely doesn't consider him as a fraudulent serial claimant, because the number of his claims is (as of now) to low to get considered as a fraudulent serial claimant by YouTube.
@rubytintedchix : When a copyright strike comes in, the contact info given, is that Jack himself or does he use an Lawyer etc.?
Very specific times. Like he's actually watching. Unless /Paul/ is using a copyright bot to match video footage. This is what we get:

When you login to the YT Studio it gives you a little more information. Specifically what video was the one made him the angyiest.

Counter claim them and make sure you mention that the video in your oppinion is covered by Fair Use and also make sure to let YouTube know that he is using the copyright strike system to fraudulently issue copyright strikes. This is what we get:

I’ll save you the time:Also ask YouTube for more contact info, as in a postal adress to where a cease and desist letter can be delivered by the Postal Service. Might be worth the few bucks for a lawyer to write that.
I'm like 99% sure this friend died from covid.I haven't had a doughnut in years:

I'm genuinely curious about something and I have been for a long time...Counter claim them and make sure you mention that the video in your oppinion is covered by Fair Use and also make sure to let YouTube know that he is using the copyright strike system to fraudulently issue copyright strikes.
Use the exact words in the counterclaim to make sure the automated system recognises them, because when it does it goes to a human.
Use sentences/words as:
Fraudulent copyright claims
Violation of Fair Use by fraudulent copyright strikes.
Also ask YouTube for more contact info, as in a postal adress to where a cease and desist letter can be delivered by the Postal Service. Might be worth the few bucks for a lawyer to write that.
No, nobody gives a shit about that, you still can copyright strike the video.I'm genuinely curious about something and I have been for a long time...
Forget Jack for a moment because his boomer rage will make him keep trying no matter what. Big-time companies like movie companies, game publishers etc. may retain the services of some third-party assholes whose job it is to scour the internet looking for cases of copyright infringement. Look at the start of any yourmoviesucksdotorg video to see what I'm talking about.
Does it really matter if you put some elaborate version of "this is covered by fair use" either at the beginning of a video or in the description? Do youtube robots/humans see this and factor it in? Do these faceless corporations actually stop and read it and think 'oh gee well when you put it that way go right ahead'? My guess is no, they still fire away like a sailor on shore leave. I always thought putting some disclaimer was pointless because by design, youtube will always side with the big bad copyright holder over some little fish trying to get some ad revenue because the former will always win if legal shit ever got involved. It does make sense, considering how much infringing/potentially-infringing content is uploaded every hour to youtube - the number of potential lawsuits would probably number in the tens of millions without this one-sidedness.
Sorry for the off-topicness.
GiveMe foods is no longer a name controlled by Jack in Tennessee, and it’s undoubtedly plastered all of every bottle of Jack Sauce. I guess if you wanted to be a dick, you could register GiveMe Foods as a Tennessee corporation and send him a cease and desist letter demanding he immediately pulls all of his sauces from store shelves since he’s using your corporate identity. It’d be funny to see him either have to dump or relabel every bottle of Jack Sauce in existence. Here’s what angered him this time around:
Lazy Man's Omelette (Episode 2)
Engagement Chicken (Episode 19)
Simply put, because it would open YouTube up for a lawsuit. It's not a techical issue it's a legal one.I meant like, once the takedown notice has been revoked, why does Mush still have a button on his end? It should be removed from his panel, like slapping the food out of his hand. If it's already been decided, he shouldn't be allowed to go for seconds.
Also point out Jack the fat retarded coward already struck episode 2, and didn't contest last time at all when you counterfiled, meaning his claim is worthless this time too.Counter claim them and make sure you mention that the video in your oppinion is covered by Fair Use and also make sure to let YouTube know that he is using the copyright strike system to fraudulently issue copyright strikes.
