This brought down the wrath of his direct boss who he frequently clashed with over such things a promises he made and agreements that he accepted. After a bad performance review he threatens legal action against CoC unless they leave him alone and he goes on sabbatical supposedly to write and amazing book. Which of course he doesn't. He spends it on Twitter complaining constantly about...well everything in his life.

Now at this points he's gone and alienated 99% of his follow professors at CoC, as well as both his department head and doctorate leadership. So in a genius move he decides it time to leave CoC so he very publicly start hunting around for a new job until one day he gets an interview with "his dream job" as a trany sport lobbyist and after "nailing" the interview Rhy is now convinced he's got the new well paying, all expenses paid, world travelling lobbyist job.

Next day his review appointment comes up so flushed with his Narc pump due to the certainty of his fabulous new job he goes and tell the performance review committee to take this crappy job and shove it as he's moving on to better thing...probably verbatim knowing Rhys. And all that is said is "we accept your resignation". And Rhy walks away head held high assured of his place in history. CoC will regret tossing his aside!

Now disaster strikes...he doesn't get the job! In fact the non-profit doesn't even call him back to let him know he didn't get it. They just announce the new employee on Twitter. Big Massive Public OOF! As like a typical Narc Rhys has been telling everyone and anyone all about his great new job and so on but now he's been publicly shamed so just like a standard Narc he goes into hiding where he doesn't have to face reality. He goes silent...he leave the US and goes back to Mommy in Canada.

So up to these last few days Rhy has been very quiet as his ego is trying to spin events into a mush that his psyche can accept. Narc's cannot accept that they made a mistake or that anything was their fault so Rhy's ego has been chugging away all these months trying to find an acceptable angle to re-emerge. So now it seems he's recovered enough to stick his toe back out in the social media swamp to test the waters.

All these shots of him lifting weights is just another part of his ego's attempt to pump himself back up so that he can re-enter the tranny-sphere and gain back (what he thinks) was unrighteously taken from him.

Just as bones heal, scars fade and a Narcissist will always find a way to soothe the burn of a narc injury and re-appear.

What we do know is that the final dispute was at least partially about his performance review, and he was threatening to get lawyers involved.

Nope Rhys is so far from competition level it's hilarious, powerlifting has strict weight classes and doesn't generally fuck around with gender bullshit, so in any main league rhys would be competing with men
even if he finds a woke league he'd be competing in the 100kg class at the least, probably the 120kg class

his best lifts are around 140kg/308lbs deadlift, 120kg/260lbs squat and we've never seen him bench

to be a record breaker in the 44-49 category in women's powerlifting if he can trim down to 100kg bodyweight (press x to doubt) he'd have to make up 196kg in the bench press to beat alex dobie.

she's beating him by 69kg on the squat, 50kg on the deadlift, and infinitely on being an actual woman

as I said, these girls aren't fucking about and they have my complete respect and please rhys please make your next hustle competitive powerlifting
