Motive still unknown but they’re thinking he fled the domestic disturbance (where he stabbed someone), went through a basic bitch “pls no drive” barricade, ended up on Main Street and turned in the direction just behind the parade. He then plowed through a bunch of people after hesitating a bit. Ends up killing 5, 40+ injuries. Ditches the car and is arrested soon after.

Likely he saw the crowd as just in the way of him getting away and decided “fuck them”. He wasn’t being pursued at the time either.

Other information is that he was out on bail, jumped bail, then got issued a new bail that wasn’t much more than the original count, paid that and then ended up in this situation.
