Now say something about the feds posting on here about White genocide.
I mean I'm sure there is fed or two here, but most do it for free.
TFW not even on the payroll (:_( An absolute disgrace that spooks get public money to shitpost, but there it is. I think we're all jealous really

Precisely. Imagine defending the crime against humanity that was not eating the hat as promised.
There are starving children in Africa who would give anything for just a crumb of hat, but callous and wasteful man that he is he leaves his out to rot. Shameful!

As to the terrorism question, all this shit about premeditation seems rather pedantic, for what exactly is the threshold for premeditation? Weeks? Days? Hours? If indeed he decided to run into the crowd cuz fuck whitey that's at the very least a hate crime with a body count. Pragmatically speaking, why should anyone care about the semantic difference? Reeks of a partisan instinct to minimize, rather than some autistic dedication to definition.

*Affiliation, not affliction.

The problem with prosecuting this as terrorism is the same reason you’re not seeing a bunch of domestic terror charges on every Tom, Dick, and Harry that runs their mouth on Facebook about their exceptional political beliefs then commits theft. You need a clear link between belief and actions. I can’t really see that here at all, I’d be saying the same if some crazy skinhead from out of town stabbed a guy and ended up driving through a Juneteenth celebration. Is it possible? Yes. Is it possible the prosecution will decide that terror charges can be added if they uncover something? Also yes. Is that likely? Not really.
Here's the FBI's definition of terrorism.

Domestic terrorism: Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature.

  • Lone offenders: Terrorist threats have evolved from large-group conspiracies toward lone-offender attacks. These individuals often radicalize online and mobilize to violence quickly. Without a clear group affiliation or guidance, lone offenders are challenging to identify, investigate, and disrupt. The FBI relies on partnerships and tips from the public to identify and thwart these attacks.

  • The Internet and social media: International and domestic violent extremists have developed an extensive presence on the Internet through messaging platforms and online images, videos, and publications. These facilitate the groups’ ability to radicalize and recruit individuals who are receptive to extremist messaging. Social media has also allowed both international and domestic terrorists to gain unprecedented, virtual access to people living in the United States in an effort to enable homeland attacks. The Islamic State of Iraq and ash-Sham (ISIS), in particular, encourages sympathizers to carry out simple attacks wherever they are located—or to travel to ISIS-held territory in Iraq and Syria and join its ranks as foreign fighters. This message has resonated with supporters in the United States and abroad.

We're playing with semantics at this point for an agenda. What is 100% true is that:

  • He's a repeat offender.
  • He intentionally endangered the public with his vehicle.
  • He's a racist.
  • His Facebook has BLM propaganda.
  • He can't rap for shit.
  • The media is downplaying this with terms and lack of coverage.
My final conclusion of this being "terrorism" is up for interpretation. This doesn't ignore that he's a scumbag that shows no regard for human life.

The belief that police are the KKK, if his Facebook is anything to go by. I would agree to disagree to classify this as a hate crime.
It's not a hate crime, its terrorism.

It's not likely because of people like you who think being rational and dispassionate will somehow make it all better. It won't, it will only get worse.

The 1960s-70s saw this very same thing and you know what happened? Reagan and his absolutely shitty cabal of neocons that caused our political system to become a present day dystopian nightmare. If anything that time should serve as an example of what happens when you don't stop this shit in its tracks; the swing to the opposite side will be just as bad, if not worse.

way to totally miss the point lol
Seriously, the primary justification (that I’m seeing) for this not being terrorism is that “niggers r dumb”. I’m trying to make the stance as absurd as i can, but this being the farms, it’s more likely the lefty spergs would agree that blacks are so fucking stupid that they have to be babied instead of treated like the average taxpayer.

Let's have fun for a second.

Let's say a man hates Joan Crawford. He commits vandalism on her car while she's filming. Then, he kills several people trying to get to her. Is that considered terrorism?

Reactions: The Last Stand
Wait, so nobody actually dies and it’s for a movie or this whole scenario is itself taking place as a movie?
The last one. But let's see it's for real.

Anyway, think of that situation and see if it WOULD be terrorism.

Point out where "Premeditation" is listed in the definition:
Wisconsin, by my quick search, has no statutes for domestic terrorism. So the only thing applicable here is the federal legal definition.
18 US Code Sec 2332b said:
(5)the term “Federal crime of terrorism” means an offense that—
(A)
is calculated to influence or affect the conduct of government by intimidation or coercion, or to retaliate against government conduct
"is calculated"

Can we be done with this now please.

I feel like everyone here is coping because they really wanted this guy to be some Black supremacist terrorist who intentionally murdered White people because of the Rittenhouse verdict, when in reality it seems like the guy is just your run of the mill retard criminal trying to escape the police after stabbing someone. Even his Facebook account doesn't seem that damning, just typical BLM shit. Don't get me wrong, fuck this guy and I hope he rots in prison forever, but I'm just not seeing the whole terrorist angle.

We all know what real terrorism is.

Even if the police and FBI use lavish definitions for locking people up who throw Starbucks on minorities.

Just a mad dude did a mad thing. Happens every day...although this instance was a real daisy; and quite cold.
