Yes, it would still be murder, because he’s still being reckless, and still choosing to plow through people to escape. Being able to not see an off ramp and plowing ahead regardless is still a conscious fucking choice. He could have stopped at any time. He could have, but he didn’t. Tunnel vision doesn’t absolve you of your actions. It just helps explain why.
