I'm pretty sure it's just a seasonal thing. It's cold out, so all the sonichus and rosechus are wearing coats and stuff instead of their normal outfits (or lack thereof)

According to the Cwckipedia, Cera (the oldest) was born on June 29th, 2006, so unless this comic takes place sometime in the future, none of these kids can be any older than 9 or so.
That is, assuming this comic's timeline is tied to ours and that maturity rates for sonichus and rosechus are the same as humans, yadda yadda yadda.

I ended up really enjoying these pages, just as much as I enjoyed the first batch that Chris recently released. It almost feels more like a badly done soap opera than an action adventure comic complete with insistence that electric hedgehogs only drive hybrids, characters going off on unnaturally long winded dialogue and Britney Spears being sang by mother and daughter in a time of a crisis.
On a side note Kevin is possibly the most autistic character in the Sonichu series which is obviously saying something. Firstly he has a massive freak out at his girlfriend for making him die in a video game and then even after she apologises he goes off on a long passive aggressive tangent about how he can't trust her anymore because her recklessness in said video game meant she couldn't work well in a team or something equally as crazy. Seriously, fuck Kevin.
I'd love to see more of the Asperpedia Four living in an Amish community. How Chris imagines an Amish community to be is what I've found funniest about Sonichu Eleven.

In any other Christmas pageant, a boy's voice cracking in the 8th grade would've probably served the same purpose.
Really, you'd think he'd get a clue, but I guess his cold-hearted ego would let him forgive or be forgiven. I can see his future being stuck cleaning out the latrine in some foreign armed forces barracks one day!
Seeing that as a standalone one-page deal would be nice every once in a while. You could certainly get some potential out of what little they already have.

Okay, the moment between Christine and Rosechu in the backroom was actually kind of sweet. Of course, Chris had to make it awkward by making sure his readers know Sonichu got Christine PANTIES.

Wow. This is, to use a suitably seasonal metaphor, absolutely crackers. Being cradled tenderly to your kid sister's bosom after your elementary-school play is... well, it's probably something that we could only get from Sonichu, but it really shouldn't be a thing anywhere. Never mind Sandy Rosechu managing to hit puberty at about a week old - given that Christine managed to evolve before either Cerah or Robee, does this perhaps confirm what so many of us have always suspected about the Lovehogs' oldest children: that they are indeed more than a little slow-in-da-mind? It's either that or they're both utterly miserable, and I'm not sure which would be worse.

If you read deeply and take in rich literary devices Christian uses in this story, you see that it's all a metaphor for that one time Chris pooped his pants at school and Bob had to bring him fresh pants.
