I'm enjoying the fallback position of the left right now, which is to say that Kyle was out there "provoking" a response by virtue of him having a weapon. This stupid line of thought was blown apart weeks and months ago and yet it persists because there is nothing left. And seeing the response people are having to self-defense being validated really drives home the point that, much like they said about the police, the leftist mob really does want you to stand there and let them kill you.

I don't think anyone's gonna disagree with that, especially with the constitutional amendments being what they are. As far as the Kyle Rittenhouse case, the winning move for Democrats would have been not to play and just cover the basic facts and move on. But they could not ignore this and there will never be a moment where they will admit that they were wrong.

The fact that the judge and Kyle's defense lawyer were Democrats shows how much the party at the federal level and in urban areas, have gone super out of touch into a bubble filled with talking points and marching orders from Twitter. I would urge Republicans to not care about Twitter, just shitpost and move on.
