So now that we know he KNEW there was a parade, a cop tried to stop him, and the witnesses say he intentionally veered into people. What else do we need for this to be an intentional hate crime? It's not possible for blacks to be guilty of racism. Racism is power + prejudice, and Black People do not have any power. Ergo blacks can only ever be prejudiced against other races, and after all, who wouldn't be prejudiced against those evil evil disgusting White people -- the source of all of what is evil and wrong in the world?
Because blacks can never be racist, it's not possible for them to be hateful. Therefore, it's literally not possible for them to be guilty of a hate crime.
Besides, hating White people is a virtue.
