Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

no but remember she didn't post anymore a long time before this. she had left the site except to talk about lowtax. there was the drama event she left in. the posts would still be there unless they are hidden now. so the admins would not care but they can't say that.
You will never be a cute sissy fuckboy you will never be part of Lowtax’s narrative beyond being a psycho dude wishing he were relevant. Even Logan is better than you.

100x replies- Dear China child. Your dad lusted after tranny ass and then killed himself because he didn’t want to give you, your sister or mom money. Lol.

but seriously, sorry for your loss.
Dear Kids;

Rich obviously didn't care about you, except in an object sense. He wanted you to gratify him as 'kewl dad', and when you grew old enough to realize what a fuckup he was, he abandoned you.
He committed a deeply selfish act and wants you to feel like it was your fault somehow for the rest of your life.
Don't.

Just remember, everything your "father" taught you was wrong.
Do the exact opposite of everything he did, and you'll be fine.

wow. great job everyone.

So what would have actually happened had Lowtax tried to sober up and work a real job? He presumably had no assets left and a large amount of IRS debt. He'd have to declare bankruptcy, setup a payment plan with the IRS as that won't discharge, get an IT desk jockey job and probably pull in about 30-45K as a support janny, and go from there.

How much can the state actually garnish for child support if you have no assets and aren't pulling in much cash? Does it actually fuck you in the sense that you can go to jail for not being able to pay what you don't have?

Would still be a deadbeat at the end of the day, but he'd be living the same life most goons are. Throw in a quick sex change and a few disability applications like his users did and you got yourself a recipe for unlimited escapism.

My only takeaway is that god damn, those Goldbelly pies must be fucking incredible.

Here's a wonderful clip from 2018, the stream where he infamously had the 3-year-old beg for money. At around the 2:09:45 mark, shortly after the daughter leaves, he launches into a monologue about how he wouldn't do much to rescue his children if they were in danger. Because it's too much effort, and it even depends on which kid it is. "But if a door is locked, I would just be like fuck it, they can have my kids."

If you can't afford your child support you need to go to the welfare shop immediately to document your change of circumstances and get a support order reassessment. If your circumstances only changed because you liquidated your assets then deliberately squandered all of your money in an orgy of tranny hookers and overpriced pies that's going to be considered deliberate noncompliance and you're definitely going to go to jail when you can't pay.

It really is funny when dudes think they're the first one to think of "I'll spend it all, then the bitch can't have it!"

Seems like going to jail would be preferable to blowing your brains out.
Not like you’d end up in maximum security with a kiddy diddler rap sheet.

Lowtax didn't an hero because he might spend a few days in jail. He'd have to be ten times more exceptional than even he's demonstrated over the years to do that.

He did it because he didn't see any way out of it after that. No site, no income, no clout. He was at the bottom of the pit and saw no way for his lazy ass to climb out. Like others have said there were probably ways out of this, but life wasn't going to be on easy mode anymore for Rich, so he suck started his best gat.

He'd get a few years in a camp for that and the tax shit, and they'd modify his support order to reflect his new circumstances and work out a payment plan, but that wouldn't discharge the debt he already has. He'd come out of jail at the end of it with ~$100,000 owed in non-dischargeable child support and back taxes.

The support order he'd leave jail with would be something appropriate for a minimum wage employee or welfare recipient, and he'd be incapable of paying that. The courts would expect him to get a job or appear before a judge on a regular basis showing evidence that he's genuinely applying for jobs and not deliberately refusing to work, even though it should be obvious that lowtax was completely and utterly unemployable at this point in his life. Lowtax spent the last twenty years refusing to do even the slightest amount of work, and he had a documented reputation as a wife-beating drug addict with a bad back. Even if an employer was stupid enough to hire him, he was physically, mentally and emotionally incapable of holding a job ; any job, even a job that retards and children can do.

His only real option would be to claim welfare as a full disability, which is notoriously difficult to do, and even if he managed it he'd be on garnished welfare payments for the rest of his life. Keep in mind that this is a man who cried poor whenever he had to even think about living within a budget. He was physically, mentally and emotionally incapable of living within the means of a millionaire, let alone a poor-people welfare payment, let alone a garnished fraction of a poor-people welfare payment. There is literally no way he'd get out of this without being rendered completely financially dependent to his family for the rest of his life, with no possibility of ever clawing his way out, and his family would probably use that dependence to force him to spend time with his children and stop doing drugs and tranny hookers all day.

It's a bleak future without drugs, pies or trannies he was looking at.

I'd have killed myself too.

Jail saga resulting in Punished Lowtax in a few months when he got out would be awesome.

Starting a podcast with new friends from jail. Only accepting donations in the form of goldberry pies and prepaid tranny hookers delivered fresh to his door. Taking real drugs live on stream not pansy ass painkillers.

Nothing left to lose, Punished Lowtax could talk shit about everyone and everything.

Getting approved for social security disability is time-consuming but not necessarily difficult, especially if you apparently have documented physical problems that have required long-term medical care and interventional surgeries. His checks could be garnished for child support/alimony/possibly tax debt, if his wife pushed for it. I just looked it up and apparently up to 65% can be garnished. I can't see owetax going to the effort for 300 or so bucks a month. That probably wouldn't buy one hour's worth of time from a tranny whore, but his pills would have probably been a lot cheaper with Medicare.

You're right that Lowtax could never have lived within a budget, any budget, ever. He thought that he had a never-ending money spigot, and once the money got turned off he had no idea how to adjust, or any desire to try. He spent his entire adult life making shitty financial and personal decisions and it caught up to him in the end.

It's hard to be a wacky zany edgelord when you actually are a reprehensible piece of work. I guess I feel about LowT the same way I feel about Jim Sterling: I used to think his act was funny, then I realized it wasn't an act!

Him and FPSRussia could've done a bootcamp together to fix his back.

To lowtax kids:

Your dad was an abusive fuck, you are better off without him since he would have abused you too. It would have been a matter of time.

That he wasted his money on overpriced Goldbelly food and tranny hookers to deprive you of basic living expenses, not to mention a college fund, says everything about his character.

He was a sperm donor to you, that's it. You are free to be successful and not have the weight of his abuse over your head.

Disability maxes out at like 800 a month. It's absolute peanuts, no way Lowtax would have been able to live off it.

Every time someone mentions/estimates the dollar figures, I keep thinking how after this much time owning SA, and with all the experience and industry contacts he had over the years, that money should've been no more than a "nuisance" but not overly burdensome. Like his LinkedIn screencap posted here a few weeks ago - if he really had all those skills, I mean REALLY had them - he would've had no problem pulling in good 6-figures with the talents he claimed to have. But like everything is his life, Lowtax half-assed all of it - the writing, the editing, the managing, and especially running the website.

I mean how do you spend 20 years running such a huge website and never get beyond square one with sysadmin skills? He should've been a seasoned expert by now, and just that alone could get you 120-150k if you're willing to take a (nice, stable) corporate monkey job. Add in the alleged "management" skills (hahaha) and the industry contacts (oops he alienated all of them), this mf should've been able to land somewhere as "Director of Digital Strategy" or similar title years ago, making 200-300k+.

Then I realize.... no, that's how I think. That's how many of you think. That is not even remotely how Lowtax ever thought, and that's why he's Lowtax.
