Why is it pedos being let out and attacking people? Rosenbaum being let out and this guy too. These people shouldn't even be allowed out in public to begin with. At this point, one should expect a third pedophile to do something crazy.
I've asked this dozens of times, and dozens of times I've seen IdPol jackasses blubbering about da meeen old private prison system, pay to play, and farming youths to the prison pipeline.
In a way... they're right, but no one is willing to have an authentic conversation about certain points:
* YES, politicians, judges, and legislators--along with private companies like Aramark, Sodexho, and Chartwells all benefit off the backs of people put in the system.
* YES, it is absolute HORSESHIT there are people in the system for drug offenses or firing a warning shot.
* YES, there's a vested interest to keep people in the system to justify the private Kafka trap system
But we don't get to ask, talk about, or be authentic with the fact that there always has been a built-in, never ending supply of REAL CRIME that can keep a criminal in the system in perpetuity for.
* Pedophiles
* Rapist/Sexual Assault
* Murder
* Cheese Pizza
Yet THESE crimes only ever have sentences of a few years--many with time off for good behavior. WHY? Rosenbaum, for instance, was a PERFECT candidate to be private prison self-sustaining cannon fodder for life. He earned it. But no, let's nail this guy for selling drugs. Let's nail this guy for having weed.
And I know...the government HATES competition and the government HATES having the thunder stolen from them. But goddamn, they can still parlay their endless revenuer LARP by targeting these real crimes instead.
