I edited it to be funnier. Wolves absolutely eat plants.

As for your post, a quick explanation of what you're experiencing is available here.
So instead of providing proof of what anything I said is wrong, you just hurl a pseudointellectual insult at me? Interesting technique.

Go play with your trucks and let the adults talk. Literally everyone else in the conversation added interesting information about dogs, wolves, or whatever, or just offered their experiences. You’ve offered nothing but snide remarks and contempt.

(UK)

Been feeding my dog rice, veggies and meat for a while now. I know I've mentioned butchers before, but honestly - build rapport with one. I get given plenty of off cuts and offal to cook up for my dog free of charge. I'm just polite, loyal customer and he always ends the transaction with "and some food for your dog, see you next week!" and gives me a bag for him.

All it took was having my dog with me waiting outside the store and the butcher fell in love with him and now he's eating good.

My cocker spaniel is happy and I know exactly what goes into his food. Vet bills aren't cheap after all.

On other topics though another energy firm "Bulb" is looking like it's about to go under. Seeing these stories covered a lot on the evening news.

Rubber meets glue, kiddo. All you merit is snide remarks and contempt, because you're a midwit with some college degree which I bet isn't veterinary science. I've learned that your idea of "debate" is bad-faith arguments and insults.

In the event that there are no shortages or anything when will we draw the line and say that this crisis is over?
<doomposting>

This crisis does not end until there is a full global monetary reset. Western countries are in an inflationary spiral that is being intentionally driven by the world's rulers in order to affect one last wealth transfer before the global reserve currency (USD) is completely worthless and replaced with something else. If they manage to hold onto their power throughout the uprisings, it will probably be SDRs. If not, it will be probably be gold or crypto.

Events are already in motion and cannot be stopped, it's merely a question of time, and who rises from the ashes.

And employers can now legally require their employees to be innoculated against the COOF.
Really, price controls? I thought Hungary was based.

I’ve never seen a dog eat vegetables willingly.

My dog goes mental for carrots. "A crunchy stick I can swallow? MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE MINE GIMME GIMME GIMME GIMME." BITD people used to buy horse meat at the butcher for their dogs. Stupid automobile.

You started this by calling raw meat and bone feeding as ‘malarkey’ which wasn’t directed at me but at the entire group.

So no, your snide remarks have nothing to do with me, but are due to your own miserable outlook on humanity, no doubt a projection of your own failings.

Looks like I’ve proved you wrong yet again.:smug:

You could just make your own dog food.
I spent two years making dog food for the big oaf and at some point he started flat out refusing it, so I got worried and tried a couple of different things before he picked dry kibble as what he wanted. He's old and has a lot of health issues, so if it makes him feel better in some way, kibble it is.

I also make him dog biscuits by saving shrimp shells and blending them, then adding a bit of flour and bone paste (I like to boil chicken or turkey bones until they're soft, then blend them for this). Bake it for 30 minutes or so and it hardens into a biscuit/dry tack. Shrimp shells are one of the few natural sources of glucosamine and doggo's arthritic. He'll still take a biscuit now and then, although he gets funned out on them if he gets too many.

I also feed him cottage cheese every now and then for gut health and the occasional hard boiled or scrambled eggs.

I may be late with this one, and am sorry if so but what with it being the season for it and all the compounding factors that add to it has anyone else been hearing about the narcan shortage? More than a few emergency response teams have been reporting being down to very low amounts and are having increasing trouble finding more.

I posted about the narcan shortage a few pages ago, I think! I have definitely heard about it. I was looking for medication shortages pretty early on.

Brainiac Biden as given the order to the stratigic oil reseve to release 2 and a half days worth of oil over the next months...

He's been releasing oil from the SPR for months now. It's a few pages back; I've harped on this repeatedly because the media has been lying their balls off about it.

Also, it's all going to China and India, even the stuff he 'officially' announced most recently.
About 1.6 million barrels of crude from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve, a monthly record, was shipped out in October, according to data from market intelligence firm Kpler.

If the Biden Administration decides to tap U.S. emergency crude reserves to push down domestic energy prices, it may not help all that much. The supplies may just be exported away like last month.
About 1.6 million barrels of crude from the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve -- a monthly record -- was shipped out in October, according to data from market intelligence firm Kpler. Three cargoes were loaded onto a supertanker in the U.S. Gulf Coast and are headed to Asia.
“Given the ongoing pace of the current SPR release -- 12 million barrels in the last two months and the biggest weekly release so far last week at 3.1 million barrels -- it’s fair to assume more SPR barrels are going to leave U.S. shores in the weeks ahead,” said Matt Smith, an oil analyst at Kpler.

Oh no. Please. Not the heroin addicts. It would be terrible if something happened that resulted in fewer heroin addicts...
