The gun was under Dominick's name and unless Kyle stole it or something, Dominick is held responsible for how the gun is used.
Yeah but with the self defense ruling there is no unlawful act to hit him with, if it was self defense there can be no murder charge, even the possession charge was thrown out.

I do think Dominick was the one guy who could have prevented all this but I empathize with him anyway. He's the young guy who got a little too comfortable letting the teenager drive around the farm and he's going to be left holding the bag when the kid t-bones somebody crossing the road. It's just that in this case the somebody blew a stop sign at 90mph and it wasn't the kid who was irresponsible, other than by virtue of the fact that he was a green kid in the most arbitrary sense.

Morality aside by the letter of the law I don't think they can really stick him with anything given the existing verdict and it wreaks of Binger making life as difficult for everyone involved as possible (the process is the punishment comrade). I kinda want Nick's opinion on it but I'm only on day five and I don't want to skip ahead.

So we should do away with the law of self-defense, and if someone is trying to murder you, you just have to let them. I recommend him to the Article V process for amending the Constitution. I'd say move back to Canada but apparently he is surprisingly not from there. But his soul is, apparently.
For Colbert's soul to be in Canada, he would've had to have one in the first place.

More pics from Kyle's trip to Mar-a-Lago and visiting Trump.

Nick Sandmann said he wasn't able to sue over claims he was racist and that he was told that was considered an opinion. A lot of internet lawyers seem to back that up and say Kyle probably wouldn't have a case there.
Considering how an accusation of racism by the media can fuck you up for life it should have dire legal consequences if there's no proof, which its the case most of the time
I find it amazing how so many people try to paint Kyle as this /pol/ superhero man of legend, when the man himself has a view of himself as a guy who had to do what he had to do to survive, and just wants to go back to his normal life. If anything, he only goes public to explain his side of the story, and doesn’t want to be part of any ideological conflicts.
Dude its gonna learn soon enough that he cant walk out of this, he's gonna have to go right-wing else he will be isolated, shitlibs will never forget this

this mf loves Israel, has picture of kim jong in his office and is still admired by the rightoids
LMAO ROFL LOL
I'm no fan of Zion Don, but Trump walking down to meet Kim on his turf took massive balls that Obama and Bush never had and never will have.
Stop pulling a Binger, nigger.

@Rittenhouse meeting Orange man: Well fuck, so he is trying to go political now.
Kyle, my nigga... forget politics and walk away. You already sent two pedo commies to hell and gave a hebe a permanent 'no nut november' challenge, that's more than virtually any RWer will ever do for their agenda in their lives. Reclaim your life; sue the MSM into the sun and spend your days opening doors and rawdogging whores.

yeah shaking hands with a textbook commie. not "medicare for all" , but "mao did nothing wrong" commie🤭
He did what no US president has managed to do for decades and got Best Korea to not only back down from a bunch of their belligerent positions, but also to step up and agree to a face-to-face meeting between the president and kim. It was unprecedented at the time.

He gave them some gibs, just like every other President, when they started rattling their cradle and throwing around their tard toys like the little babies they are. Nothing permanent whatsoever resulted from anything he did. Their bullshit and his own "Little Rocket Man" bullshit were pure kayfabe, put on to fool the rubes.

He is no Commie... Juche is something very strange.

Well he got more from best korea than any president before, not because of some great plan, it was all natural charisma and some respect for the other side.

According to Rackets, Dominic Black (Kyle's friend) had a hearing today (yesterday?) He's charged with two weapons related charges, either of which could land him in prison, not just jail.

Binger is prosecuting the case, and Shroeder is presiding. Binger told Shroeder he would appeal the decision to drop Kyle's weapons charge. It wouldn't affect Kyle because of double jeopardy, but it would financially burden Black with the appeal process.

Binger is big mad at Kyle, so he's taking his faggot rage out on Dominic.
I guess it's a good thing Rackets is still doing streams and shining light on stuff like this. If Kyle's meeting people like Trump now I hope he'll tell them that it's not completely over yet, and that Dominic could use the donation money.

I wouldn't say Kyle's trying to go political now based off of just this. As it stands, he got a lot of support from Republicans, crazy and non-crazy. He's going to feel somewhat obligated to make some rounds thanking people for their support. In addition to what are likely some contractual obligations with Fox, he's likely getting a bunch of interview requests, which he'll likely accept a lot of them if they come with decent monetary compensation. He's also likely getting invitations for meetings with people who basically just want a photo op with him, and it's going to be hard for him to turn down the more prominent ones. My dislike of Trump aside, I can't fault Kyle for meeting with him. Aside from Trump still being a prominent official in the Republican party, Trump did call Kyle actions self-defense from the start which was probably worth a lot to Kyle regardless of what his personal opinion of Trump is. Trump for all his faults is also a former president, and an invitation from a former president is difficult for anyone to turn down, much less for an 18 year old kid from small town Illinois/Wisconsin. So I would not be surprised if we get more photo ops and such, even if what Kyle wants is to ultimately settle back into obscurity. In other words, one way or another this would be a step in reclaiming his life.

Plus with the trial over and Kyle being a free man, it was probably a good idea to get out of town for a while, and I'm fairly sure Florida is nice this time of year. So Kyle can take something of a working vacation while being more of a moving target for nutjobs unhappy with the verdict.

So Best Buy is offering mental health services for those traumatized by the verdict.
I just can't get over the job title. I'm glad I'm lucky not to work in the private sector and deal with people with job titles like that.
The job title sounds better then Chief Political Officer.

You know we are fucked when the military starts assigning them to combat commands.

I've seen three cases out of Kenosha and the DA office looks like absolute scum already and somehow they seem to get even worse every time I learn something new about them.

I keep seeing the media trying to paint this as the new OJ Simpson while completely ignoring how of a clusterfuck his situation was.
Which is absurd. Rittenhouse never claimed that he didn't kill anyone, nor did he have a history of abusing the people he killed, nor did he lead police on some weird freeway chase threatening to kill himself because he's just that innocent. He's also not currently on some BS hunt for the "real killer". All of the shootings are on video. This wasn't a question of "who", "what", "when", "where" or "how". This came down to "why?", and the jury has spoken on that. This isn't like OJ at all.
