People with sleep apnea often fall asleep during the day. It's one of the most common symptoms for untreated sleep apnea. My money would be on her not using the CPAP machine because (surprise, surprise) she was at the eaiting pyramid last night getting broomsticked.

I know, I know... you guys are going to say it's always been obvious. Honestly, though... has it? When she was making prerecorded content it seemed like there was a chance that she occasionally waddled out into the world with friends, family and Bibi, especially before Youtube. Like maybe she only recently had become a hermit in the last 5 years.

But now it seems like she genuinely had rarely, rarely ever interacted with the world in any real way. Even when she was working a real job she seemed incapable of normal human interaction and I think she honestly has been in hiding from the real world her entire life. It's why she can't go to the mechanic without having a complete meltdown that ruins her day and is so scared of grocery stores she has to take her VIB hugbox with her and stream.

She's like that kid that was locked in a room all her childhood and couldn't function as an adult except she's done it entirely to herself. She's got no chance of ever getting her life together because she simply doesn't live in reality and missed all the necessary milestones to get there.
