AFAIK even a minor stroke would have more severe symptoms. One of my aunts had one over five years ago and she's still having mild difficulties with certain words or movement.

I believe he has eye trouble too. I just don't believe it's new or severe. I doubt diabetic retinopathy happens overnight, just like the diabetes. He didn't suddenly get sicker because his medical records have the words on them now, he's just as ok as he was before going to the doctor. And come on. I need glasses. Much of my family needs glasses. Having imperfect vision isn't something you need bigger screens for. You might need new glasses. Or eyedrops, I dunno what else would help that issue. I always heard about diabetic eye problems being it changes your prescription.

Not to mention his history of making up or playing up any twinge or ache or discomfort he experiences. Bodies do that, you don't have a meltdown over every ache and pain. In reality though, he's handling it fine. He's just saying he's not for money.

A two-fer with the 'Beetus and sleep apnea is likely and believable, but those would present as a gradual deterioration of his general status. I don't know about the interplay between the two, but sleep apnea is a slow killer by itself.

He used his sight for grifting a couple times, e-begging for new prescription glasses, so his vision definitely isn't a new issue. It could be simply worsening, or maybe his beetus is more severe than he lets on and his blood glucose has been raging out of control ever since he was discharged after his foot hole surgery.

Gonna be honest I think I could go either way with either diabetic neuropathy or stroke, the biggest things that are leading me to believe it's real is the fact that Lou's grammar and dismissive attitude towards his vision and screens gradually got worse and worse as the thread went on, but his behavior became more unhinged as well. The behavior changes have me split on either one because it could easily be explained as either a stroke, continued frustration that his negative actions have begun having actual consequences, or both. Regardless though while he's likely playing it up, I do think it's a genuine health issue he has.

I'm totally down for a Third Reich-style "Final Solution" for trannies and people who claim to be trannies. In regards to strokes, it really depends where the stroke happened in the brain. The part of the brain that controls personality is the frontal lobe, but the part that controls vision and visual perception is right at the back (occipital) and the other part that controls stuff like sensory input (damage can cause hallucinations) is to the sides (temporal).

So he would have to have damaged multiple parts of his brain to have all of those symptoms together, which would point to either multiple strokes or a severe clot based stroke that stopped blood circulation to multiple areas.

I don't think his behaviour has changed that much, more that he has become more aggressive with his begging because less people are paying attention to him. Corust's post really helped warn people of his behaviour.
