I don't know how people can tolerate so much begging even in one sitting, and then ontop of that sleep-inducing gameplay. It's astonishing, like this belongs in a research lab.

Somebody is mad they didn't get to skip out on their late stream and still collect their $200 in gacha funds for the day.

I'm half tempted to think he only did that to test the paypigs, but only half because if his mom is really living with them (or came to stay for the month, because this is when his food bill mysteriously went up), then we know exactly what the real reason was.

BTW, if Linda is only in town for Thanksgiving, it's curious that Phil would decide to try (and fail) to hide that. He can't be THAT paranoid about detractors showing up, they've never done so despite his address being known, and besides that, he's worried about HIMSELF, not anyone else.

I'm just going to go right out and say the gambling time is starting to cut into the stream time. Would fit pretty well with the rest of his behavior getting worse and more desperate.

Considering the above, that may be it, though it introduces a whole new level of Phil bullshit, which I find hard to fathom just yet. He really does require prompting to think of a specific lie like this, I would expect him to be more vague if he was just sitting somewhere playing Champions. He has also displayed a strong lack of caring about how his breaks piss people off, so it doesn't make any sense to come up with a cover story for what essentially amounts to a hidden break, if that's the case.

Also, he planned this out in advance, and that's not something Phil does unless it's something utterly unavoidable. If it was his gambling addiction, it would've been last minute. Something more akin to the instances where has been late to start the stream.

I'm floored. Just... floored. I know he's capable of planning ahead when it comes to gacha, but this is on another level. He seriously just scheduled out a time where he ditches the stream to play Champions.

The evidence that his addiction is going to end him, is really piling up.

Driving kat to work wouldn't take an hour an half. It probably takes ten minutes to get her to work and he used the extra time to play gacha. If he drops her off then he can play gacha without kat coming home. It still doesn't make sense why would she not take the car when she's probably going to have a long day at work?

If he's already lying, why assume he's telling the truth about driving her to work at all? She could have driven herself, anything could have happened - other than what he said happened.

Do you think the very first time Phil ever asked for a monetary contribution he felt shame or embarrassment? The amount of begging he does is just unfathomable to me.

If you ask him how he can ask for tips and give shout outs after literally years of shitting on Twitch streamers for doing the same thing and not be considered a hypocrite, he gets all pissy and says:

'If you want to be streamer for a living, you have no choice anymore. You HAVE to do it. It's either that or I go away and you never see me again'.

He again has no self-awareness, because even if you concede to him, 'We understand, Dave. It's just what you have to do from now on', it's that he does it to so much grosser and more extreme of an extent than anybody he ever lumped together as e-beggers who only care about money that makes him look like a hypocrite.

He hasn't learned anything from it either. You'd think, after having to supposedly suck it up and start relying on tips and subs out of a need to survive, that he'd learn to think before he starts insulting everybody. After having to do something after repeatedly shitting on it and using it as evidence of how he's the 'real' guy and everybody else is just a shill, you'd expect a normal person wouldn't do it anymore because they'd have learned that you never know how your circumstances may change and what you'll have to do. He still talks shit about everybody though.

By not being able to stop himself from tearing everybody else down, he's put himself in a box. Now, almost any change he makes has a high possibility of being something he shit on somebody else for doing, and he'll have to repeatedly defend himself from people saying he's being a hypocrite again. If the guy could just shut his fucking mouth about other people, he'd make things a lot easier for himself.

Can someone confirm that she still works at Fred Meyer's, because I read conflicting reports here.

According to DSP, she changed her shift at Fred Meyer's; her employer was known because of the bankruptcy. My headcanon is that she was briefly unemployed before being hired somewhere else, based on how cagey he seemed whenever he said she "changed her shift" or "got a new shift,." When he would misspeak and say "new job" instead, he corrected himself like he does when he is forcing a narrative, instead of when he just said the wrong words. I will admit there is no evidence for it, though.
