I havent checked South Park for a while but everyone is making a big deal of their "post Covid" special and I checked a few clips.
As usual for new south park, they only go for low hanging fruits for the most part. Especially with the unnvaccinated stabs. Very reddit of you, Matt Stone and Trey Parker.
Overall a very doomer-ish special but at this point I wouldnt be surprised if this went on for a few more years at least.
Fuck me, I hate how they are still insisting on adding these plots to the show, I miss when the series was mostly stand alone with some vague ties for continuity sake so you can watch in nearly whatever order you want.
Old South Park would actually bother to point out the lies and manipulation of the government and establishment (and how people are stupid for playing along). I also miss when these characters were more simple and funny...now they are trying to give them too much depth and arcs and this show wasnt suited for this crap.
Basically, the future sucks and there is nothing you can do about it, thats the moral.

I follow this theory (or rather fact), that modern society is killing humanity, slowly but surely. We are degrading mentally, physically and emotionally. The more dependent on technology, the worse it gets. Its all about evolution, hell Idiocracy's intro summons it all up, evolution isnt being able to do its thing properly anymore. Faulty-weaker genes are carrying over into future generations and thus making with all not only more depedent on technology that we have no idea how it affects us.
Our society motivates stagnation and dependency instead of self reliance and growth.
And we are truly seeing the consequences now more than ever.

I am actually legit worried about this strain. It's long been suspected that the stupid Chinks cross SARS with HIV to make it more transmissable. The real nightmare would be for their fucked up chimera to encounter HIV out in the wild, cross with it and instead of exhibiting the SARS symptoms primarily it would instead gain the HIV symptoms.
Airborne AIDS.
And this is where the Vaxxed are in deep shit. If you have built up a natural immunity your immune system should still be able to react quickly before getting overwhelmed. The vaxxed however have no natural immunity. Just a diminishing supply of resistance from the Spike proteins. Which means if Corona-Chan has picked up HIVs ability to hit the immune system directly the Vaxxed will be in deep shit.
At this point, I wouldnt mind this variant just Thanos Snapping the vaccinated into the happy farm my dog went when dad took him to the vet for a check up. The world would be legit better off without them.
I had to go to the hospital for an eye exam today, nurse was insistent I muzzle up. Told her it's not the law anymore and she said "it doesn't matter if it's not, I have vulnerable people at home blah blah". Countering her with "if you're that scared of it, you wouldn't bother coming into work and pretending something barely thicker than a paper tissue will protect you" shut her down quicksmart. To her credit, she did do the exam professionally and not a word more about it.
I love how they dont expect to be confronted (just like bullies) and when they are, they freeze up (just like bullies).
You literally knocked her out of her programming and she was stunned as she didnt know what to say. The media told her that bullying others would have been enough, they never told her what to do if they confronted and with good arguments at that.
