Or is that just the standard appearance of a donor appendage for arm-donor-dongs mid-surgery? I feel like we see more post-surgical donor sites in the thread than we do during the procedure so I have no frame of reference.

They marked up the intended donor site then just said "fuck it" and stuffed the entire limb into a garbage disposal. Because lol why not?

IIRC. Most of those who get the arm flap done end up needing physical therapy to get it back to a reasonable level of function. I know we mention phalloplasty and the urine complications a lot but it's rarely brought up that most who have the forearm style done often end up with grip loss, needing physical therapy for range of motion, persistent pain and numbness- alongside the huge ugly tell-tale scar. They're making the decision to maim themselves.

There's no way these surgeries keep getting covered by various insurances when they set up the people getting them done to have complications that are life long disabilities. At some point someone in the insurance field is going to take notice of the fact that SRS, especially of the phalloplasty variety, has side effects that are permanent disease that need additional, expensive, work to be treated in the long term. If you're totally healthy there's no way you should have a surgery covered that renders you with a arm wound that can cause serious mobility issues and a crotch wound that renders you incontinent.

Looks like their arm is sewn to their side to help prevent rejection of the graft. This is something that will need to be undone when the graft takes, so more surgery.

Back on topic - I see the arms after phalloplasty and all I can think of is when you tube skin a rabbit. You cut off the balloon knot, cut down the inside of the legs, cut off the head, then peel the whole thing top to bottom so that the skin comes off in one big tube, with the fur turned inside out. Great if you're selling pelts to a furrier because it keeps the hair smooth. But, the resulting carcases look a lot like those arms.

The only consolation after reading their "stealth sex" rape celebrations is the reality that most of their sex partners probably know.

Red flags that immediately jumped out to me:

BMI Restrictions: He has no restrictions for BMI and believes that this being a medically necessary surgery people should have access to it.

Hair Removal: He requires none and scrapes the follicles for removal before surgery happens. Patients are able to do removal before if they like but he takes care of the hair.

Sounds like Dr. Ramineni doesn't care about his patients... BMI restrictions are for their safety, and that "no hair removal necessary, trust me bro! I'll just scrape the follicles" thing is the same scam Kathy Rumer pulls on her victims. Follicle scraping doesn't work perfectly, but having to wait for their patients to complete 6+ month hair removal treatments before surgery would be a major roadblock. So scummy doctors lie about the effectiveness of follicle scraping instead!
