He would fall for buying an outdated list of phone numbers if he was given the big song and dance act.
He fell for another scam and with all those hacked databases list of emails / usernames & phone numbers floating around various buy me sites. He would be stupid enough to buy a list.

The fun part is most of those phone lists may be full of disconnected land lines or blocked cell phones so he wont get anywhere but threw more cash away.

I've never understood those who believe Russ is harmless. I think it's similar to how people seemingly have let his shitty behavior slide his whole life because they assumed Russhole is just a re-tard who can't help himself: they underestimate him. Yes, Russhole is stupid, childish, incompetent, a coward, and a weak little pipsqueak, but he's also someone with a huge ego, massively entitled, and has unchecked rage issues. It really is a two-edged sword sometimes. Like that reddit story posted earlier, it's hard to tell if the person just genuinely wants acceptance and friendship, or if they're just a ticking time bomb ready to explode at any given moment.

Normally I'm the person who advocates for giving people a second chance, because you never know what they're going through, and sometimes small acts of kindness can do wonders in fixing a person's mental state. But with Russell, we've already seen what happens when you take pity on him and show some sympathy with the Erika situation. Even when you're kind to him, he's still a narcissistic little drool goblin and tries to take advantage of you. Russell will absolutely get violent, because his brain is so irreparably damaged he can't do anything else.

My only hope is that, whenever Russell eventually does snap, his sheer incompetence and stupidity will have him fumble whatever attempt he makes to hurt someone.

Pretty much. Russ doesn't understand that he's bullied because of his atrocious attitude. Maybe when he was younger it was because of his gimp-face, but these days, with the majority of his presence being online, nobody can see that he's a gimp-face. In regards to Russ having a “if it’s legal, it’s also moral” mindset, one of his most reprehensible acts was when he wanted to dedicate his book to Bailey, the girl Russell estalked and then committed suicide for reasons entirely unrelated to Russ.

Russ was raked over coals by Bailey’s friends for his intention to not only dedicate his book to her, but to include a photo of her in the dedication. He dismissed all criticism by saying he was protected in using the photo by fair use laws and that since Bailey was no longer alive, she had no rights.
