I’ve seen it mentioned before a few posts back but I too highly doubt that this exceptional being is capable by getting 1600 dollars together by e-begging only. I see three owners there with a two-third majority of Mendozas. However, I don't know how well those two thirds get along with each other and I don't know what happens if someone wants to sell their share of a property that's still mortgaged.

Interesting complication is, that most property nowadays can get sold with some profit, but I doubt that's the case for the Tranch and its estate. This could get fascinating if Sky wants out and there's no other creditor to pop in.
