Ok so make of this what you will but back as far as I believe the mid 00s Theroux was touting a Scientology Doc he was making/wanted to make I distinctly remember cause I used to watch everything he made. Anyways he was talking about it for years and years and eventually was seeming to make some progress on it but then Netflix released 'Going Clear'. I can't find it now but I saw an interview with him where he spoke about Going Clear briefly and he didn't seem pleased about it. His Scientology Doc btw is called 'My Scientology Movie'. Now it's kinda apples to oranges considering Theroux's style is much different than your standard doc but it really seemed to take the wind out of his sails when he had a good momentum up until then. I always wondered if he was somehow sandbagged behind the scenes.

Haven't really watched much of his stuff since but it really hasn't had the same buzz around it either.

Even if there were some legal troubles behind the scenes I doubt AF has scientology levels of lawyer money though right? Edit: I'm holding out for a Christmas release, I think they said it would be out by the end of the year.

A-logging Ralph and Fuentes and Baked made fun videos, but I thought his strongest stuff was always the relative unknowns, who no-one else was talking about- The Hollywood God videos, or Chaggot. Moving on to Reikita would make a nice change from re-visiting Ralph for the 700th time, but I think he'd better off moving on to someone totally fresh- Maybe some of the other IP2 spergs who haven't had much spotlight, or some smaller, little-known cow; A new Hollywood God. But preferably someone as far outside Ralph's sphere as possible- That corpse has been picked clean, already.

I don't think it's as severe as Schitzophrenia, but some sort of mental issue... yeah. On the "hWite Nationalist" spectrum Surfer is pretty mild but proudly talks about IRL trolling such as for no reason like throwing Romans to get a reaction from people. I had no idea Surfer was leaking personal details about PPP's life (other thant the shit stains on the toilet), I tried watching a Surfer streaming on his own and I couldn't sit through it. I think PPP suffers without Surfer but is capable of doing things on his own and being funny. The only unfunny thing he's been doing has been the fake jester that is Jim sterling inspired, which he is keeping up to troll his audience. You can tell that the Surfer fall out has effected PPP. I also think PPP is in the wrong for threatening violence over something stupid and is becoming slightly unhinged and his art is becoming his reality.

At least Jim jokes about the dear groomer stuff. Jim won't touch the PPP debate which felt like a win for Jim for a week until in hindsight the stuff PPP grilled Jim on and Dax & Ralph's f-slurery became too much to ignore or pretend to not have seen online. To PPP's credit he managed to not fuck up the win by demanding satisfaction from Jim and demanding Jim follow through on the things he said he'd do if it turned out Ralph and Dax were flaggots, and Jim just tries to pretend he was ever blown the fuck out or was gunt shielding Ralph and the Sweepy squad.

I agree with you about sticking along for the ride. PPP hasn't gone into trainwreck lifestyle, but there is potential for that. PPP also has broken every bit of great advice he has given to his audience about e-fame and grifting (which felt like kind of the point which made a lot of it funny).

Godwinson bailing on PPP and Surfer seems to have had the same effect on them as Mister Metokur bailing out on the Killstream/IBS crowd. Infighting, snaking, weird new hanger on characters leeching away at everyone. The scale might be smaller but the effect is similar. You could draw many parallels between the PPP/Surfer falling out and Ethan Ralph vs. AndyWarski in Miami, such as alcohol and drugs being a factor, police involvement (though not exactly alike), physical altercation on camera and too much information being uploaded to the internet.

Do you think PPP regrets hanging around the internet after Godwinson's retirement? He's like the friend that would rather hang out in the car park at the bar after closing time hoping that he can find a woman or really hoping for anything to happen because going home to wake up in a lonely bed is too much to face.

PPP should dig through the internet for every Godwinson crumb left after his many deletions and centralize them on Odysee as a shrine to what could have been.
