Starfield - Bethesda's new space IP: will probably be full of fun and easily trackable bugs

How do you think Starfield will turn out?

Slavs drink to kill the pain and feel happy, Germans drink because sobriety makes them feel emotions. Emotions such as joy and compassion.
Emotions get in the way of maximizing efficiency for supply chains. You want things to work or do you want everything to keel over and breakdown the moment is gets sadbrains?

You're only allowed to feel happy once everything works and you've met your deadline. Every other time is inappropriate.

bunch of nerds and fat women talking about the game without actually showing it.
At this point, they should be showing off more than just concept art as we are about 11 months from release. I know they are starting the hype train but showing vids from your old games from ten and six years ago is not how you do that. You show something from what you are going to put out. No one cares about concept art or that you can pick up cups (well maybe Bestrhesda consumers). I wanted to see at least some more in-engine renderings of locations or peoples or ships.
Now admittedly the art is cool and conveys a really dope vibe and tone. But this really falls flat as it is just Tod jerking it for 7 minutes about how great they are. I don't trust you Tod.

cyberpunk 2.0 incoming.
More like Fallout 76 in SPAAAACCCEEE!

But is it going to be better than Microsoft's Starfield?

Bethesda apologized for that daughter concept art picture that leaked. They still stand by their diversity hires and that this even extends to such conditions as dyslexia, the artist misread the description for the daughter as GINGER.

why they apologized? beacuse the little girl was not black?

Man, I have to remember not to make jokes around manlets, because everything goes over their heads.

Sooooo, less than a year out and no gameplay footage at all? That's an interesting strategy Bethesda has there, let's see how it works for them.I mean, hordes of retards are going to buy this game regardless, I'm sure. However, if the overall experience really sucks, they may have difficulty getting them to buy any expansions/DLC.

To be fair, and someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't Bethesda done the same thing with Skyrim and Fallout 4? I seem to recall only seeing images/video of gameplay like six months out for both of those.

You are correct but they also announced those games within a few months of them actually releasing, Skyrim was about 8 months later and Fallout 4 was 6. Bethesda used to at least be good about not announcing things until they had a concrete date but I think the scrabbling to recover all the good will lost with the shitshow known as Fallout 76 has screwed them up something bad.
