It's not often that Bob comments on things that I'm super passionate about other than politics and makes a complete ass of himself, but in this case:
Speaking as an avid lifelong hunter, Bob has no idea what he's talking about. First of all, regarding the photo of him and Cameron Hanes (the man who got him into bowhunting and has inspired me to take it up as well), just because you take a picture of yourself with an animal you harvested doesn't mean that you're trophy hunting or doing it to shore up your fragile ego. Hunting isn't easy, as it takes a lot of time and effort to be able to locate an animal in the vast expanses of wilderness that they reside in, and a great deal of skill to be able to get within shooting distance of an animal and pull off the actual shot (
especially if you're using a bow). Taking a picture of you with your kill is just one way of commemorating the occasion: it's a memento and testament to the hard work and dedication that you as an individual must possess in order to make it happen. I also imagine that the disgust this Dollar Store-Harkonnen displays is partially attributable to the species that Rogan has harvested, that being
Ursus americanus, more commonly known as the American black bear. Bob's obviously has no experience or knowledge of these animals, and likely has swallowed way too much Disney propaganda about how wonderful and cute they are. He's completely blind to the fact that they can cause damage to tree bark in the spring, and that males, known as boars, often kill sows (the term for female bears) and cubs to reduce competition for food. In which case, the harvest of these animals (the big boars at least) can provide a utility in ensuring the health of the forest and survival of cubs to adulthood. Plus, America has a long and proud tradition of bear hunting: in the time of Daniel Boone, bear meat was considered a prime delicacy and more highly valued than deer meat (deer were mainly harvested for their hides), and bear fat has a wide range of different uses:

To go on even more of a tangent, the Fish and Game Commission in the state where I currently reside recently voted to discontinue the spring black bear hunt for 2022 due to pressure from animal rights groups and cocksuckers like Bob who were concerned about things like the "mortality of sows with cubs". In reality, only one sow with cubs was harvested out of 145 animals harvested, and my state doesn't explicitly make it illegal to do so (ironically enough, one of our neighboring states does despite being way harder on predators than we are).
As to his other point about hunters having a quote "unfair advantage", he really needs to actually try shooting at living organism before he rattles off something ridiculous like that. There are a multitude of different variables that can impede a hunter's chance of getting a clean kill on his target even with "thousands of dollars in survival gear and compensation-killtech: the wind can blow your shot off course, the animal could be moving too fast for you to keep your sight on his vitals, there could be vegetation blocking your sight, you might not be able to hold still enough to get off a good shot, your target might be too far away (yes, there's a limit as to how far you can shoot depending on what weapon you're using), etc. As usual, Bob tries to pass of his snark as if it can delegitimize those with real, hands-on experience.
TL;DR: Bob is a fat, soft, cocksucking city-slicker who has no experience with actual wildlife that isn't acclimated to human presence and thinks that hunters are all a bunch of drunk, stupid rednecks like they're portrayed in Hollywood movies.
I mean, I think Anya Taylor-Joy is a hot piece of ass myself, but she was never gonna show any meaningful amount of skin in what is sure to be a kid's movie.
